Türkiye’deki Dezavantajlı Grupların ve Roman Vatandaşların Eğitimi Hakkında Yapılan Çalışmaların Analizi/İncelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de dezavantajlı grupların ve bu grupta yer alan Roman öğrencilerin eğitimlerinin hangi boyutlarıyla incelendiğini belirlenmek amacıyla ulusal ve uluslararası hakemli dergilerde yayımlanan 2010-2020 yılları arasındaki dezavantajlı öğrencilerin eğitimlerini ve Romanların eğitimlerini konu alan 15 çalışma incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmalar dezavantajlı öğrencilerin eğitimlerini ve yalnızca Roman öğrencilerin eğitimini konu alan çalışmalar olarak gruplandırılarak araştırmaların amacı ve bulguları odağında gözden geçirilmiştir. Nitel desende yürütülen araştırmada, çalışmalar doküman analizi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçların göre; çalışmalarda en fazla nitel yöntem tercih edilmiştir ve bu çalışmalar en çok öğrencilerle yapılmıştır. İncelenen çalışmaların çoğunluğunun akademik başarı, okula devam etme, dezavantajlı ve roman öğrencilerin eğitim sistemi içinde yaşadıkları problemler odağında yürütüldüğü görülmüştür. Bu çalışmaya ek olarak dezavantajlı ve Roman öğrencilerin eğitimlerini konu alan yüksek lisans/ doktora tezlerinin analizi/incelenmesi yapılabilir.
In this study, on the purpose of determining in which dimensions the education of Roman students, who are in the disadvantaged group in Turkey, are dealt with, 15 researches were reviewed which are published in peer-reviewed journals from 2010 to 2020. These researches were grouped as the researches about the education of disadvantaged groups and the education of Roman students in particular, and they were reviewed in the focus of the aim and the findings in these researches. This study has been conducted in qualitative research method, and the researches have been examined using the document analysis method. According to the results of the researches; mostly qualitative method was preffered and the studies were mostly carried out with the students. It has been observed that most of the studies that were examined were conducted in the focus of academic achivement, school attendance and the Roman students’ problems in the education system. In addition to this study, it is also possible to review and analysis bachelors, masters and doctorate dissertations focusing on education of disadvantaged and Roman students.
