| dc.description.abstract | Bazı besinlerinde yaygınlıkla kullanılan gıda katkı maddesi Ferrolaktatın Drosophila melanogaster besiyerlerine katılan farklı konsantrasyonlarının larva, pupa ve erginlere olan toksik etkisi laboratuar koşullarında araştırılmıştır.Çalışmada Ferrolaktatın 0.001, 0.005, 0.01 ve 0.015, 0.025?lik konsantrasyonları deneylerde kullanılmıştır. Deney setlerinde hiç mutant gen içermeyen yabani ve ayrıca Flr3 mutant geni içeren meyve sinekleri kullanılmıştır. | en_US |
