Özet
Bazı besinlerinde yaygınlıkla kullanılan gıda katkı maddesi Ferrolaktatın Drosophila melanogaster besiyerlerine katılan farklı konsantrasyonlarının larva, pupa ve erginlere olan toksik etkisi laboratuar koşullarında araştırılmıştır.Çalışmada Ferrolaktatın 0.001, 0.005, 0.01 ve 0.015, 0.025?lik konsantrasyonları deneylerde kullanılmıştır. Deney setlerinde hiç mutant gen içermeyen yabani ve ayrıca Flr3 mutant geni içeren meyve sinekleri kullanılmıştır.
The toxic effects of the food additive Ferrolactate which is widely used in the food industry were tested on Drosophila melanogaster larva, pupa and adult offsprings by adding the Ferrolactate in their medium in the laboratory. The concentrations of 0.001, 0.005, 0.01 and 0.015, 0.025 Ferrolactate were used in the experimental treatments. The wild type and Flr3 mutants of the fruit fly were used in the tests.
