| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Ayçiçek, Trakya bölgesinde üretilen önemli bir üründür ve bu üründen özellikle bitkisel yağ üretiminde yararlanılmaktadır. Edirne Yağ Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. bitkisel yağ üretmekte ve hammadde olarak ayçiçeği kullanmaktadn-. Bitkisel yağ üretiminde kullanılan imalat yöntemleri ve uygulanan kalite sistemi ürün kalitesini belirleyicidir. Bu çalışmada, firma içindeki imalat modeli ürün işleme makineleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Üretim aşamasında kullanılan imalat yöntemleri araştırılmış, işlem akışı çıkarılmış ve firmanın kalite sistemi incelenmiştir. Firmada uygulanan kalite sistemi, Toplam Kalite Kriterleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda konu ile ilgili olarak sonuç ve değerlendirmeler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Sunflower is an important crop in Thrace Region and it is used in producing plant oil. Edime Oil Industry and Trade Co. produces plant oil and uses sunflower as the raw material. The techniques in manufacturing plant oil and the quality system applied in are characteristics of the quality of products. In this study, the manufacturing model in the firm has been evaluated from the point of processing machines. The manufacturing methods that are used in the production phase have been searched; the flood of processing has been found out and the quality system of the firm has been investigated. The quality system of the firm been evaluated from the point of Total Quality Criteria. Moreover, in the light of information that is gained, conclusion and evaluations, related to the subject, have been presented. | en_US |
