Özet
Bu çalışmada, Edirne İli Uzunköprü İlçesinde faaliyetini sürdüren bir sanayi tesisinde yapılan inceleme ve araştırmaya bağlı olarak çalışma ortamının ve mevcut kullanılan cihazların taşıdığı riskler tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan detaylı çalışmada L Tipi Matris risk değerlendirme metodu kullanılmıştır. Toplanan bilgiler ışığında tehlikeler tanımlanarak makine imalat sektörüne ait bir bilgi envanteri oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen değerler üzerinde analizler yapılmış ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde, üretim sahasında emniyetli çalışma ve personel eğitimleri konusunda olumsuzluklar görülmüş; giderilmesi yönünde mevcut kanun ve yönetmelikler kapsamında öneriler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma ve benzerlerinin Ülkemizde İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kültürü oluşturulmasına katkı sunacağı düşünülmektedir.
Abstract
In this study, the risks of working environment and current equipment depending on the research and study carried out in an industrial plant located in Uzunköprü county in Edirne city were assessed. In this detailed study, the L type risk assessment matrix method was used. By analyzing the risks in consideration of the acquired data, a data inventory on the machine manufacturing sector was created. Analyses of the obtained values were conducted and the results were interpreted. By analyzing the results, the negativeness about safety working and employee training was observed in the production stage; the proposals were suggested within the scope of the existing law and regulations to resolve the problems. This study and similar studies are considered to contribute to create the culture of Occupational Health and Safety in our country.
