dc.description.abstractBu tezde, tarihten günümüze Türklerde nakış, bir brode (Nakış) işletmesinin tanıtımı, işletmenin nerede ve ne şekilde kurulması gerektiği ve bu işletmelerin en verimli nasıl çalışabileceği. Makinelerin üretilecek ürünlere göre seçilmesi ve brode makinelerinin arasındaki farkların irdelenmesi ve ne tip işletme kurulması düşünülüyorsa hangi tip makinenin uygun olacağı, kullanım şartları ile üretimde kullanılan ip kumaş ve yardımcı maddeler incelenecektir. Organizasyon şekilleri ve ürün akış şekilleri ayrıca güncel pazarlardan ve bu pazarlara girip moda yaratabilmek ve bunları yaparken de ülke ekonomisine optimum faydalı bir işletme yönetimi, organizasyonu ve çalışma şekli düşünülmüştür. Artık günümüz teknoloji, pazar ve moda brode işletmelerini daha rasyonel kurmak ve işletme şartlarını gözden geçirmeyi zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Yeni kurulacak bir işletmeyi en iyi şartlarda kurmak ve işletmek, ülke kaynaklarını daha akıllıca yönetmek, çalışma şartları ve karlılığı maksimum olan işletmeleri kazanmak için yapılması gerekenler bu incelemede ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis the description of an embroidery plant, its physical location, the procedures to build and the methods for the most productive production plans will be investigated. The choice of machinery depending on the product line, the evaluation of different types of embroidery machines, the selection of the type of the machines depending on the workshop, the material inputs and auxiliary inputs will also be discussed. The criteria to select workforce, organization schemes, the penetration to current markets and to create fashion in these markets has been aimed as a tool to serve at the optimum level to the economy of our country. The modern technology leaves us no choice but to build the market oriented fashion companies more rationally and to review the production conditions continuously. In this respect the establishment of such a company under the ideal conditions and to maintain its working with most efficient methods and profit maximization will result in the optimum level of using the sources of our country.en_US
