Özet
Hayvancılık sektörü Türkiye ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Günümüzdeki verilere göre tarımsal üretim değerinin dörtte birini hayvansal üretim oluşturmaktadır ayrıca deri sanayinin hammadde arzı da hayvancılık sektörü tarafından karşılanmaya çalışılmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı; Türk deri sanayini inceleyerek bu sektörün mevcut durumunu gerek yapısal gerek de ekonomik sorunlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır.Araştırmaya esas olan veriler; - Çorlu ilçesinde bulunan organize deri sanayindeki 116 deri işleme fabrikasından 58'i ile görüşülmesi - Türkiye ve AB ülkelerinin dericilik sanayinde ve hayvancılıkta uyguladıkları uygulamaların yer aldığı ve uygulanan politikaları içeren başta internet siteleri ve konu ile ilgili çeşitli belgelere dayanmaktadır. - Tüm bu sorunların çözümü ve hayvancılık sektörünün hak ettiği değeri ve saygınlığı kazanabilmesi için Tarım Bakanlığı, üniversite ve diğer araştırma kuruluşları ile hayvancılık sektörünü temsil eden sivil toplum kuruluşlarının işbirliği kaçınılmazdır.
Stock-breeding takes an important part in Turkey economy. According to the datum; agricultural production gains one fourth of it's value from bestial production. Raw material of leather industry demonstration responds from stock-breeding. Aim of the research is; to observe the Turkish leather industry and to disclose the present situation and also the structural and economic problems.Main datum of the research; -To interview with 58 leather handwork factory which is located in Corlu in total 116. - The applications which are carried out by Turkey and Europian Union countries in leather industry and stock-breeding and these followed politics that are included in web sites, which is related with the subject and is based on documents. - It's inevitable that, all these problems can be solved by the cooperation with the universities, research foundations and Agriculture Minister. By this way stock-breeding can gain the deserved value and respect.
