| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Adapazarı İli yem endüstrisinin üretim durumu ve sorunlarını tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Düzenlemede bu yem fabrikaları anket yolu ile tespit edilerek bazı üretim karakterleri ile kapasiteleri, kapasite kullanım oranları, finans kaynakları, üretim teknolojileri, çalışma sistemleri, güç kaynakları, üretim miktar ve çeşidi, kalite kontrol sistemleri, depo kapasiteleri ve üretimdeki problemleri anlatılmıştır. Adapazarı İli'nde bulunan 5 yem fabrikasının 1995 yılı toplam üretimleri 210.500 ton'dur. Aynı yıl ortalama kapasite kullanım oranı %66.55 bulunmuştur. Verilerden yem üretimlerinin 1995'te 1993'e göre 2.5 kat arttığı görülmüştür. Yem çeşitlerinin dağılımları sıra ile %72.35, %27.02, %0.63 olarak kanatlı, büyükbaş-küçükbaş ve diğer yemler olarak bulunmuştur. Türkiye toplam yem üretiminde Adapazarı ili üretiminin %4.7'lik yer aldığı ve aynı zamanda problemlerin bu endüstride ülkenin genel problemleri ile benzer olduğu bulunmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY This survey study was aimed for determination of production condition and problems of the feed industry in Adapazarı province. In order to this feed mills were determined by the way of questionnaires in respect of their some production characteristics such as capacities, usage rate of capacities, financial sources, production techniques, working systems, power sources, type and amount of products, quality control systems, storing capabilities and their problems related to the production. There were five feed mills in Adapazarı province and their total feed production was 210.500 t in 1995. The average usage rate of capacity were found as 66.55% in the same year. Data's showed that feed production had increased by 2.5 times more in 1995 than 1993. The distribution of feed types were found as 72.35%, 27.02%, 0.63% for the poultry, dairy cattle- sheep and the other feed types respectively. The production of the Adapazarı province were found that tooked placed 4.7% of the total feed production of Turkey and also problems in this industry were found as same as general problems of country. | en_US |
