Özet
Ferromanyetik malzemelerde kristografik doku manyetik özelliklerle yakın ilişkilidir. Bu çalışmada, ticari flopidisk, kayıtlı teyp şeridi ve farklı kalınlıklı NiCo filmlerin kristalleşme dokusu Fourier serisi kullanılarak incelenmektedir. NiCo filmler elektrodepozisyon yöntemi ile üretildi ve manyetik parametreleri titreşimli örnek manyetik ölçer (VSM) kullanılarak ölçüldü. kareselliğinin ß açısına bağlı ölçümlerinden elde edilen datalar, en küçük kareler yöntemi kullanılarak beşinci dereceden poliminal uygulanarak 90 derece ölçümlerden toplamı üzerinden fit edildi. Parçacıkların ve '+d' aralığında bulunma olasılığını veren kolay yönelimlerinin dağılım fonksiyonu , açısına bağlı değerleri hesaplanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, örneklerden 2, 4 ve 10 µm kalınlıklı NiCo filmler ve ticari kayıt şeridi anizotropi diğer numuneler izotropik bulunmuştur. NiCo filmlerin kalınlığı artarken örnek yüzeyi üzerinde doku düzene girmektedir. Paralel remenansın ve kareselliğin bir fonksiyonu olarak kolay eksen dağılımı ölçümleri ayrıca yapıldı ve kalınlık değerleri arasında ilişki kurulmuştur. NiCo filmlerin ferromanyetik özellikleri için sonuçların uygulamaları tartışılmaktadır.
The magnetic properties are closely related to cryptographic texture of the ferromagnetic materials. It is studied the Fourier series methods in order to describe the effects of crystalline texture of the ferromagnetic nickel-cobalt films, which are the different thickness, the recorded tape and the commercial floppy tape in this study. The nickel-cobalt films are produced electrodeposition method and were measured the magnetic parameters with the Vibration Samples Magnetometer (VSM). The data which obtained these measures of the squareness versus ß were fitted to polynomials of five degrees using a least squares analysis to enable accurate integration over the ninety degrees. Values of the distribution function of the easy directions , which is defined so that gives the probability of finding the axis of the particle between and '+d', were computed and plotted against . As a result, the thickness 2, 4 and 10 µm nickel-cobalt films and the commercial recording media from samples were obtained the anisotropic structures; the other samples were not. While the thicknesses of the nickel-cobalt films were increased, the texture was arranged on the sample surfaces. Easy axis distribution measurements as a function of the squareness and the parallel remanence have also been made and correlation has been established between this thickness values. The implications of the results for ferromagnetic properties of the nickel-cobalt films are discussed. Key words: ferromagnetic films, texture, hysteresis, squareness, isotropic characterization
