ÖZETYüksek Lisans TeziPVC Üretim AnaliziTrakya ÜniversitesiFen Bilimleri EnstitüsüÇorlu Makine Mühendisliği Anabilim DalıBinalar için iyi bir ısı yalıtım sistemi oluşmasını sağlayan PVC hammaddelipencere sistemleri, dayanım ömrü açısından da uzun süreli kullanılır. Pencereninfonksiyonel kullanılmasında tasarımı önemlidir. PVC'den pencere imalatında; PVCbileşenleri ve PVC'nin kullanılacağı Ekstrüder hattı, imalatta proses kontrolü önemlidir.PVC pencere imalat sektörü gerek Türkiye, gerekse Avrupa'da yaygın birüretim ağına sahiptir. Türkiye'deki pazar küçümsenemeyecek kadar büyüktür.PVC pencere imalatında, üretimin kalite kontrolü açısından X-RITE ileprofilin renk haslığı, INOEX cihazı ile profilin boyutsal ölçümü, Etüv ile profil sıcaklıkkontrolü, profil dayanıklılık için sarkaç darbe teçhizatı, profil yumuşama sıcaklığınındeğişimi için VICAT cihazı, köşe mukavemeti için ZWICK cihazı, hava geçirimliliği vesu geçirmezlik için deney standlarının kurulması iyi bir pencere profili elde etmedeönemlidir.PVC pencere imalat sektörünün geniş bir pazara sahip olması, maliyetanalizini ısı transferi ve metre - gramaj bazında yapılmasını gerektirir.Bu tezde de iki önemli PVC profil üretimi yapan firmanın, profilnumunelerinin üretim kalitesi ve maliyet analizi açısından karşılaştırılmaları yapılmış,kaliteli profil mi yoksa ucuz profil üretiminin mi önemli olup olmadığı test cihazlarıylaispatlanmaya çalışılmıştır.2005, 73 sayfa.Anahtar kelimeler: PVC, X-RITE, INOEX, Etüv, Sarkaç, ZWICK,VICAT, Ekstrüderler.i

Thedesign of windows is important in their functional utilisation. In producing windowsfrom PVC; process control is important in the production the PVC elements and theextruder line on which the PVC shall be used.The PVC windows production sector has a wide production field in bothTurkey and Europe. Its market in Turkey is substantial.In the PVC windows production, regarding the production quality control,the colour shade of the profıle with an X-RITE, dimensional measure of the profile byINOEX unit, profile temperature measuring by a sterilizer, pendulum stroke unit forprofile resistance, VICAT unit for profile softening temperature change, ZWICK unitfor angle resistance, establishing experience standards for air passage and water-proofis important for obtaining a good window profile.The fact that the PVC windows production sector has a wide market,necessitates the cost analysis, and must be done on a heat transfer and meter-weightbase.In this thesis also a comparison is made of the sample profiles, productionquality and cost analysis of two prominent companies producers of PVC profiles.
