Özet
Tezde sac metal kesme ve sıvama kalıplarının dizaynı, üretim aşaması, montajı (toplanması), makineye bağlanması, üretimi, diğer yöntemlere göre farkları incelenecektir. Bununla beraber kesme kalıplarının optimizayonu baş etken olacaktır. Kısaca bir kalıp yapılırken en az fire vererek ve birkaç farklı numuneyi aynı kalıpta toplama aşamalarını inceleyeceğiz ve bununla birlikte gerekli olan hesaplamaları yapacağız.
Abstract
In this thesis, design of sheet metal cutting and forming dies, processing steps, concerned with quality of the machines, mold production, differences compared to other methods. Using different materials for the mold should be obtained collectively establish the structure of system properties examined. Both system design implementation flow of material examined the mold, the mold system will be established. Sheet metal cutting and forming patterns thesis design, manufacturing process, assembly (collection), concerned with the machine, the production and the differences compared to other studied methods. The results of mold making should be obtained after the application of scientific and material alternatives then will focus on the new model of data as a result. These alternatives are evaluated according to the methods of production of new materials’ properties
