| dc.description.abstract | Tek bir elektronun kuantum kuyu ve kuantum engellerinden oluşan bir yapıdaki davranışı incelenmiştir. Göz önüne alınan sistem iki asimetrik engelle kombine edilmiş iki asimetrik kuantum kuyusudur. Bu çalışmada odaklanılan nokta elektronun engellerde tünelleme yaptığı koşulların araştırılmasıdır. Sayısal yöntemler kullanarak, rezonans enerjisi, geçiş katsayısı ve geçiş zamanı yapı parametrelerinin bir fonksiyonu olarak hesaplanmış ve incelenen yapı için rezonans koşulları bulunmuştur. Daha önceki çalışmalarda hızlandırıcı kuantum kuyusu olarak anılan yapı biriminin tünellemede geçişi yavaşlatıcı özelliği de gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstract | The behavior of a single electron in a structure , which consists of quantum wells and quantum barriers, is investigated. The system considered is the combination of two asymmetrical wells with two asymmetrical barriers. The focusing point in this study is the investigation of the tunneling conditions of an electron through the system. We have used numerical methods to obtain the resonance energy, the transition coefficient and the dwell time as functions of structural parameters and the resonant tunneling conditions have been determined for the structure under consideration. It has been determined that the structure unit called the accelerating well in previous studies can also slow down the transition. | en_US |
