| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma yönetenin otoritesi ile yönetilenlerin politik itaati arasındaki paradoksal ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu çerçevede çalışma özellikle siyaset biliminin iki boyutu olan temsil ve siyasal katılımın köklerini ifade eden, "politik itaat"in geçmişten günümüze sorgulamasını eleştirel biçimde yeniden ele alırken, bunu "Egemenlik" kavramının anlamını özellikle tarihsel gelişimi ile ilişkilendirerek yapmaktır. "Egemenlik Paradoksunu" somutlaştırmak amacıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin birbirini takip eden iki anayasası karşılaştırılmıştır. Her iki anayasanın egemenlik kavramına bakışı kısaca anlatılarak, Türkiye'deki "egemenlik" anlayışının günümüze kadar nasıl biçimlenmiş olduğu değerlendirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims at analyzing the paradoxal relationship between the authority of ruler and the obedience of the ruled. By interrogating the historical background of political obedience, the main concern is to bring out the roots of the two dimensions of the modern politics: representation and participation, combining these two themes with the historical development in the sense of "sovereignity". To demonstrate the "paradox of sovereignity", the study intends to use Turkish Republic's two successive constitutions (the Constitutions of 1924 and 1961) comperatively. In such an effort a breif constitutional history of Turkey would also be examined in relation with the previous interrogation of the Turkish sense of "sovereignity". | en_US |
