dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu araştırma Türkiye'de yem katkı maddeleri üretimi yapan ve pazarlayan fir maların yapılarının incelenmesi amacıyla planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Tezin ba şında yem katkı maddelerine ilişkin bilgiler verilmiştir. Türkiye'de yem katkı maddeleri üretimi ve pazarlaması yapan 32 değişik fir ma vardır. Bunlardan 5 tanesinin yapıları incelenmiş olup diğerlerinin sadece firma isimleri verilmiştir.Firmalara ilişkin veriler yetkililerle görüşülerek ve ürün kata logları kullanılarak toplanmıştır. İncelenen firmalar, Türkiye'de yem katkı maddeleri üretiminin (40-45 ton/gün) yaklaşık % 90'ını üretmektedir. Bu firmalardan Roche % 50-60 pazar payıyla Türkiye'de ilk sırada bulun maktadır. İkinci sırada % 25-30 pazar payıyla Kartal Kimya, Üçüncü sırada ise % 10-15 pazar payıyla İnterkim gelmektedir. Geriye kalan pazar; Pfizer, Hoechst ve diğer firmalar tarafından paylaşılmaktadır. Türkiye'de üretilen yem katkı maddelerinin yem fabrikalarına ve diğer tüketi cilere ulaştırılması, bire bir satışla veya Anadolu'nun belirli bölgelerin de kurulan bayilikler aracılığıyla sağlanmaktadır. Araştırmada ilk önce firmalara ilişkin genel firma bilgileri verilmiştir. Bu bölümde firmanın adı, kuruluş yılı, çalışan eleman sayısı, yıllık cirosu, pazar payı, ürün sayısı ve kapasitesi yer almaktadır. Daha sonra firmaların ürettikleri yem katkı maddelerinin kompozisyonları incelenmiştir. Burada yem katkı maddesinin tanımı, bileşimi, kullanım şekli, kullanıldığı rasyon ve rasyondaki kullanım miktarlarıyla ilgili bilgiler üzerinde durulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY This research has been planned and performed with the aim of examining the structures of firms producing and marketing feed additives in Turkey. The knowledges have been given relating the fodder additives at the beginning of the sis. There are 32 varied firms producing and marketing feed additives in Turkey. The structures of five firms from these are being studied, but only the names of others have been given. The data have been collected by cosultation and using the catalogues of product. The firms which are studied, produce about 90 % of fodder additives (40-45 tons/day) in Turkey. Roche is being at the first row from these firms in Turkey with the share 50- 60 % of market. Kartal Kimya is at the second row with the share 25-30 % of market, as to Interkim is at the third row with the share 10-15 % of market. The remaining mar ket is being shared by Pfizer, Hoechst and other firms. The forwarding of the fodder additives produced in Turkey, to feed factories and other consumers is provided with direct sales or through suppliers which are established in certain regions of Anatolia. It has been given, first of all, the general knowledges of firm regarding firms at investigation. In this section; name of firm, the year of establishment, number of working personnel, total annual sales, the share of market, the number of products and its capacity are taking place. Later, the compositions of the feed additives produced by the firms, have been examined. There have been studied, here, on the knowledges consisting: The descrip tion of feed additive, its composition, usage methods, usage ration, and the usage quantity at ration.en_US
