Özet
Bu çalımada, IBX kullanarak alkollerin oksidasyon ürünleri ile iminleri sentezlemeyi amaçladı Bu amaç için, 5-amino-1-pentanol ve 2-aminobenzil alkol k. baş ç maddeleri olarak kullanı lar. İ reaksiyonda, IBX varlı nda, 5-amino-1- ğı langı ldı lk pentanol uygun aldehite yükseltgendikten sonra, tek adı siklik iminlerin oluş mda umu için amin ile reaksiyon vermesi beklendi. İ kinci adı 2-aminobenzil alkol, aldehit mda oluş umu için yükseltgenen alkol olarak kullanı ldıve daha sonra diğ molekülün er aldehiti ve amini arası bir coupling reaksiyonu ile coupling ürünü olan iminin nda oluş masıbeklendi. Fakat work-up sı nda ham üründen beklenen maddelerin rası izolasyonu gerçekleş tirilemedi.
Abstract
In the present study, we attempted to product synthesis of imines by oxidation of alchols by using IBX. For this purpose, two main material, 5-amino-1-pentanol and 2- aminobenzyl alchol, were used as a starting compounds. At the first reaction, 5-amino- 1-pentanol was attempted to oxidize to corresponding aldehyde and then aldehyde was expectected to react with amine to formation of cyclic imines at the one-pot reaction in the presence IBX. At the second step, 2-aminobenzyl alchol was studied as a oxidazing product for formation of aldehyde and then the other molecule was expected to react each other as a coupling reaction to give of coupling product of imine between ketone and amine. But, in these studies of prufications target molecules couldn't isolated from the crude products during the work-up procedures.
