| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada toplu konut tasarımında kullanıcı ihtiyaçları ve bunların yaşam döngüsüne bağlı değişimi, kullanıcı katılımı, esneklik, modülerlik gibi kriterlerin irdelenmesi ve Türkiye'deki toplu konut projelerine uygulanabilirliğini incelemektir. Toplu konut yapımının hız kazanmaya başladığı 20. yüzyılın başından itibaren, kentlere yönelik hızlı göç ve barınma problemi, konut tasarımının niteliği geriye atılmış ve çok sayıda konut üretmek önem kazanmıştır. Pek çok ülkedeki bu konut grupları çeşitli sorunları da beraberinde getirmiştir. Niteliksiz konut yapımını durdurmak ve kullanıcıya önem veren toplu konut tasarımları için Le Corbusier başta olmak üzere yeni adımlar atılmaya, esneklik, standardizasyon, prefabrikasyon ve modüler tasarım konusunda yeni fikirler üretilmeye başlanmıştır. Aynı dönemlerde Türkiye'de hız kazanmaya başlayan toplu konutların, ortaya çıkma ve yaygınlaşma nedenleri Avrupa'dakinden farklıdır. Gelişmekte olan ve gelişmiş ülkeler arasındaki en belirgin fark olan gelir dağılımı farklılığı, ekonomik dengesizlik, gecekondulaşma ve beraberinde apartmanlaşmayla birlikte, Türkiye'de çarpık bir kentleşme baş göstermiş; toplu konut projeleri de buna çözüm olarak sunulmuştur. Tezde Avrupa'daki toplu konut projelerine yaklaşımlar ile Türkiye'deki toplu konut örneklerinin incelenmesi sırasında, ülkemizin içinde bulunduğu şartlar, farklı gelişim tablosu, zaman içinde çıkan çeşitli kanunlar ve planlama ilkeleri doğrultusunda toplu konut tasarım yaklaşımları irdelenmiştir. Tasarıma etki eden faktörlerin, tasarımda kullanıcı rolünün, esnek ve modüler bir tasarım için hangi şartların sağlanması gerektiğinin, "esnek konut", "uyabilir konut", "genişleyebilir konut" gibi kavramların, Türkiye'deki toplu konutlarda ne derece özdeşleştirilebildiğinin irdelenmesi tezin ana amaçları arasındadır. Bu doğrultuda, Türkiye'de yapılan ve yapılmakta olan toplu konut projeleri bir süzgeçten geçirilerek, bir takım tasarım prensiplerinin oluşturulması ve esnek bir tasarım anlayışına erişebilmek için yapılabileceklerin ortaya çıkarılması hedeflenmektedir. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is determining of user necessity on planning and design of housing estates, and examining the criterions as user participation, flexibility, modularity and determining the application on housing estates in Turkey. At the beginings of 20th century, producing of housing became considerable than qualified design of housing. That occurs because of fast immigration towards urbans and shelter problems. And that caused any other problems in many countries. Le Corbusier and the others started new steps for to prevent from lacking quality housing estates and designs which reply to user demands. Therefore occured new ideas as flexibility, standardize, prefabrication and modular design. At the same times there are different reasons of housing estates to become widespread in Turkey than in Europe. The main diversity between ?developed? and ?developing countries? is imbalanced dispersion of income which causes economical imbalance, squatter satellites and urbanization without plan. So that to solve that problem revealed housing estate projects in Turkey. It has been examined development schedule and concerned law rules conditions of Turkey, when analysing the concerned housing estate examples in Europe. The pirincipal objectives of the thesis are; analysing of the identifications for the housing estates in Turkey as the factors which effects on designing, user part on designing, the main rules for flexible&modular designing and analysing of the concepts as ?flexible housing estate?, ?adaptable housing estate? and ?expansive housing estate?. As a result of these studies the goal of this thesis is, recently constructing and already constructed housing estate projects analysed for the forming of some design principles for to reach flexible designing intellect. | en_US |
