Organik ayçiçeği üretimi ve Trakya Bölgesinde uygulanabilirliğinin koşul ve olanaklarının araştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışmada Trakya Bölgesinde organik ayçiçeği üretiminin uygulanabilirliğinin koşul ve olanakları araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla organik tarım üretimi için genel kriterler ve yasal düzenlemeler incelenerek bu koşullar altında organik ayçiçeği üretiminin önemi, münavebe, tohum ve toprak özellikleri, gübreleme, yabancı otlarla mücadele, bitki hastalıkları ve zirai mücadele yöntemleri, hasat, depolama, pazarlama gibi alanlarda uyulması gereken kriterler değerlendirildi ve bunun Trakya Bölgesinde organik ayçiçeği üretimine uyarlanması incelendi. Trakya Bölgesindeki yerel kuruluşlar, kooperatifler, çiftçi dernekleri ve çiftçilerin görüşleri alınarak Trakya Bölgesinde organik ayçiçeği üretiminin uygulanabilirliği hakkında bilgiler değerlendirildi. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, organik ayçiçeği üretimi ekonomik ve insan sağlığı açısından gerek iç tüketimde ve gerek ihracat açısından önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Ancak gerek organik ayçiçeği üretim kriterleri ve gerekse üretici bilincinin henüz istenilen düzeyde olmadığı ve Trakya Bölgesinde uygulanabilirliği ekonomik koşulların, pazarın ve buna paralel olarak üretici bilincinin geliştirilmesine gerek duyulduğu saptanmıştır. Abstract
This study is focus on Organic Sunflower Production and research of terms and possibilities of its applicability in Trakya Region. Hence for organic agriculture production general criterions and legal arrangements were researched and the importance of organic sunflower production, alternation, seed and soil specifications, fertilization, contestation with weeds, plant diseases, agricultural contestation methods, harvest, storage, marketing were considered and its adaptations to organic sunflower production in Trakya Region were researched. As concepts of local authorities in Trakya Region, cooperatives, farming associations and ideas of farmers were taken the informations about the applicability of organic sunflower production in Trakya Region were evaluated. According to the summed data, in terms of economics and human health organic sunflower production plays an important factor for both domestic consumption and for the point of export. Because of organic sunflower production criterions and producer consciousness are not at the desired level. Its applicability in Trakya Region is parallel to development of economic conditions, markets and producer consciousness. Key Words: Organic, Ecologic, Biologic, Agriculture, Organic Sunflower.
