dc.description.abstractCovid-19 pandemi sürecinde bakımevindeki yaşlı bireyler, riskli grupta yer alan ve itina gösterilmesi gereken bireylerdir. Pandemi sürecinde ise medyada bakımevleri ile ilgili istenmeyen birçok haber yer almıştır. Yine bu süreçte bakımevlerinde kalan bireyler arasında vaka ve ölüm oranlarının yüksek olması, sorunun ciddi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bunun nedenlerinden birisi de salgın sürecinin doğru ve etkin yönetilemeyip gerekli önlemlerin alınmamasından kaynaklanıyor olabilir. Bakım evlerinin pandemi gibi özel durumlarda iyi yönetilmesi, bir sonraki olası kriz dönemine daha hazırlıklı olmasını sağlayacaktır. Bakımevlerinde birçok yeni yapılandırılmaya gitmek kalıcı değişiklikler yapmakla mümkündür. Değişiklik yaparken en doğru ve uygulanabilir sistemi ortaya koyup, düzenlemelere gidilmelidir. Bir sonraki krizde aynı sorunları yaşamamak için bu yapısal değişiklikleri gerçekleştirerek ve geliştirerek devam edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu derleme makalesinde Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde yaşlı bireylerin sağlık hizmet yönetiminin nasıl olduğu ve alınması gereken önlemler ele alınmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, elderly individuals in the nursing home are individuals in the risk group and need to be taken care of. During the pandemic process, there were many unwanted news about nursing homes in the media. Again, the high incidence and death rates among individuals staying in nursing homes during this period reveals that the problem is serious. One of the reasons for this may be due to the fact that the epidemic process is not managed correctly and effectively and the necessary precautions are not taken. Good management of nursing homes in special situations such as pandemics will enable them to be better prepared for the next possible crisis period. Many new restructurings in nursing homes are possible by making permanent changes. While making changes, the most correct and applicable system should be put forward and regulations should be made. In order not to experience the same problems in the next crisis, it is necessary to carry out these structural changes and to continue by improving them. In this review article, how the health care management of elderly individuals and the precautions to be taken during the Covid-19 pandemic process are discussed.en_US
