Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Edirne’nin Lalapaşa İlçesi içme suyu kalitesi, bazı limnolojik parametreler ve Su Kalite İndeksi (WQI) kullanılarak ekolojik açıdan ve Faktör Analizi (FA) ve Pearson Korelasyon İndeksi (PCI) kullanılarak istatistiki açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Bu amaç için, Lalapaşa İlçesinden ve bağlı köylerden (toplam 28 istasyon), 2020 yılı yaz, sonbahar ve kış mevsimlerinde içme suyu örnekleri toplanmıştır. Su numunelerinde çözünmüş oksijen (ÇO), oksijen doygunluğu (%O2 ), pH, elektriksel iletkenlik (EC), toplam çözünmüş katı (TDS), askıda katı madde (AKM), tuzluluk, bulanıklık, nitrat (NO3 ), nitrat azotu (NO3 -N) nitrit (NO2 ), nitrit azotu (NO2 -N), fosfat (PO4 ), fosfor pentaoksit (P2 O5 ) ve sülfat (SO4 ) olmak üzere toplam 15 su kalite parametresi tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmamız sonucunda, Lalapaşa İlçesi ve bağlı köyleri içme sularında azotlu ve fosforlu bileşik içerikler oldukça yüksek olarak kaydedilmesine rağmen tespit edilen WQI değerlerinin, hiçbir istasyonda içme suyu sınırını aşmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, drinking water quality in Lalapaşa District located in the Edirne Province was evaluated by using some limnological parameters and evaluated ecologically by using Water Quality Index (WQI) and evaluated stattistically by using Factor Analysis (FA) and Pearson Correlation Index (PCI). For this purpose, drinking water samples were collected from Lalapaşa District and its affiliated villages (total of 28 stations) in summer, autumn and winter seasons of 2020. A total of 15 water quality parameters including dissolved oxygen (DO), oxygen saturation (O2 %), pH, electrical conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS), suspended solids (SS), salinity, turbidity, nitrate (NO3 ), nitrate nitrogen (NO3), nitrite (NO2 v ), nitrite nitrogen (NO2 -N), phosphate (PO4 ), phosphorus pentaoxide (P2 O5 ) and sulfate (SO4 ) were determined in water samples. As a result of our study, it was determined that although the nitrogen and phosphorus contents were recorded as quite high in the drinking water of Lalapaşa District and its affiliated villages, the WQI values determined did not exceed the drinking water limit at any station.
