dc.description.abstractOlgumuzda operasyon öncesi işaretleme ve operasyon sonrası eğitim süreci tarafımızca yürütülen bireyin taburculuk sonrası farklı kurum yatışındaki bakım ve takip eksikliği nedeniyle baget basıncına bağlı gelişen peristomal alandaki nekrozun bakım süreci ele alınmıştır. Çalışma Kasım 2022-Mart 2023 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Stomalı bireylerin yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkilenmemesi için uygulanan bakım ve takibin standardize olması önemli ve gereklidir. Bu nedenle her kurumda gerekli sertifikasyon eğitimini almış hemşirelerin bulunması standardizasyonu sağlayacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn our case, the care process of necrosis in the peristomal area, which developed due to drumstick pressure due to the lack of care and follow-up in the hospitalization of the individual after discharge, whose preoperative marking and postoperative training process was carried out by us, was discussed. The study was carried out between November 2022 and March 2023. It is important and necessary to standardise the care and follow-up of individuals with stoma in order to prevent negative effects on their quality of life. Therefore, the presence of nurses who have received the necessary certification training in each institution will ensure standardisation.en_US
