dc.description.abstractBalkan toprakları Roma ve Bizans imparatorluğunun sonrasında Osmanlı Devleti’nin sınırlarına dâhil olmuştur. Beş yüz yıllık hâkimiyetini sürdüren Osmanlı Devleti’nin etkisi sadece manevi ve sosyal kültüründe değil, şehircilik ve mimarlıkta da gerçekleşmiştir. Osmanlının egemen olduğu Balkan toprakları bu dönem, şehirsel açıdan en fazla gelişme yaşadığı dönemdir. Yaptığımız çalışmada, Balkanlarda egemen olan Osmanlı devleti zamanında şehirsel açıdan ne gibi ilerlemelerin kaydedildiği araştırılmış, Balkanlarda yer alan şehirlerden örnekler vererek açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Özellikle o dönemde ekonomi, siyasi, dini, ticari ve zanaat ilişkilerinin geliştiği bir merkez olan Kosova’daki Prizren şehri bu kapsamda ele alınmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractThe lands of Balkan was incorporated into the borders of the Ottoman Empire after the Roman and Byzantine Empires. Five hundred years the influence of the Ottoman Empire continued its dominance not only in spiritual and social culture , but also in urban planning and architecture. This period in the Balkan lands under the dominance of the Ottoman Empire, is the period that experienced the most improvements in terms of urban. In our study, it has been researched the improvements in terms of urban in the Balkans under the dominance of the Ottoman empire. It was explained by giving examples from cities in the Balkans. Especially in that period, when the economic, political, religious, commercial and craft relations were developing in the central city of Kosovo, Prizren is discussed in this context.en_US
