dc.description.abstract20. yüzyıl Amerikalı besteci Aaron Copland, Paris’te aldığı eğitim sonrası ülkesine dönerek Amerikan müziği kültürünün oluşturulmasında önemli katkıları olmuş bir bestecidir. Benny Goodman’ın, 20. yüzyıl Amerikalı klarnetçilerinden biri olmasının yanında klasik klarnet repertuvarına da önemli katkıları olmuştur. Klarnet Konçertosu’nun Goodman’ın siparişi üzerine bestelenişi, Copland’ın da yapıtı bestelerken Goodman’ın caz klarnetçisi stilini göz önünde bulundurarak bir kompozisyon oluşturması, besteci-yorumcu ilişkisine verilebilecek güzel örneklerden biridir. Klarnet konçertosunun çalışma teknikleri üzerine önerilerden oluşan bu çalışmada Copland ve Goodmann’ın hayatları hakkında kısa da olsa bilgi verilmiş, klarnet konçertosunun besteleniş öyküsü de ele alınmıştır. Bir müzik yapıtının yorumlanmasında, bestecisinin yaşamı, eserin besteleniş öyküsü ve çalışma yöntemlerini bilmek, yapıtı yorumlayan açısından önemlidir. Bu çalışma, yapıtı yorumlayacak klarnet sanatçılarına teknik ve yorumsal açıdan yardımcı olmayı amaçlamaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstract20th century American composer Aaron Copland is a composer who returned to his country after his education in Paris and made important contributions to the formation of American music culture. Besides being one of the 20th century American clarinetists, Benny Goodman also made important contributions to the classical clarinet repertoire. The composition of the Clarinet Concerto upon Goodman's order and Copland's composing a composition by taking Goodman's jazz clarinetist style into consideration while composing the piece are among the good examples of the composer-interpreter relationship. In this study, which consists of suggestions on the working techniques of the clarinet concerto, brief information was given about the lives of Copland and Goodmann, and the story of the composition of the clarinet concerto was included. In the interpretation of a musical work, it is important to know the life of the composer, the composition of the work and the working methods in terms of interpreting the work. This study aims to help clarinet players who will perform this work especially in interpretational and technical respect.en_US
