ÖZET 7£^e_ Bu araştırma 1997 yılında May Tohumculuk Ltd. Şti. Üretim Tesisleri, Laboratuvarları ve Tekirdağ Ziraat Fakültesinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın amacı tohumluk fasulye harmanında ülkemizde kullanılan 3 tip harman makinasının (Sapdöver Harman Makinası, Fasulye Harman Makinası ve Bantlı Tip Harman Makinası) performanslarını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla çalışma, Harman makinalarının iş kapasiteleri, harmanlanan fasulyelerdeki kırık tane ve mekanik zedelenme oranlarının, harmanlanan fasulyelerdeki çimlenme oranlarının ve tane/sap+kavuz oranlarının saptanması olmak üzere 5 ana grup altında toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda sapdöver harman makinasında 750kg/h, fasulye harman makinasında 625kg/h, bantlı tip harman makinasında 500kg/h iş kapasitesi bulunmuştur. Kırık tane oranı, denemesi yapılan makinaların harmanlama düzeni devri arttıkça azalma göstermiştir. Sapdöver Harman Makinasında en fazla kırık tane oranı 240 d/d'da %6.18 en düşük kırık tane oranı ise %3.23, Fasulye Harman Makinasında en fazla kırık tane oranı 250 d/d'da %4.72 en düşük kırık tane oranı ise 325 d/d'da %0.32, Bantlı Tip Harman Makinasında en fazla kırık tane oranı 38 d/d'da 0 cm aralıkta %0.51 en düşük kırık tane oranı ise yine 38 d/d'da 1 cm aralıkta % 0.06 olarak bulunmuştur. Mekanik zedelenme oranı, denemesi yapılan makinaların harmanlama düzenleri devir sayıları arttıkça artış göstermiştir. Sapdöver Harman Makinasında en fazla mekanik zedelenme oranı 335 d/d'da %7.99 en düşük mekanik zedelenme oranı ise 225 d/d'da %3.71, Fasulye Harman Makinasında en fazla mekanik zedelenme oranı 325 d/d'da %3.99 en düşük mekanik zedelenme oranı ise 225 d/d'da %2.15, Bantlı Tip Harman Makinasında en fazla mekanik zedelenme oranı 170 d/d'da ve 0 cm aralıkta %5.97 en düşük mekanik zedelenme oranı ise 38 ve 87 d/d'da 1 cm aralıkta % 0 olarak bulunmuştur. Çimlenme oranı, denemesi yapılan makinaların harmanlama düzenleri devir sayıları arttıkça azalma göstermiştir. Sapdöver Harman Makinasında en fazlan çimlenme oranı 225 d/d'da %40 en düşük çimlenme oranı ise 325 d/d'da %23, Fasulye Harman Makinasında en fazla çimlenme oranı 225 d/d'da %83 en düşük çimlenme oranı ise 325 d/d'da %71, Bantlı Tip Harman Makinasında en fazla çimlenme oranı 38 d/d'da ve 1 cm aralıkta %92.7 en düşük çimlenme oranı ise 170 d/d'da ve 0 cm aralıkta % 84.7 olarak bulunmuştur. Harmanlanan fasulyelerin tane/(sap+kavuz) oranı 0.45 olarak belirlenmiştir. Harmanlama düzeni farklı devirlerinde tespit edilen harmanlama artığı tane/(sap+kavuz) oranları devir sayıları arttıkça artış göstermiştir. Sapdöver Harman Makinasında en fazla tane/(sap+kavuz) oranı 325 d/d'da 0.095 en düşük tane/(sap+kavuz) oranı ise 225 d/d'da 0.083, Fasulye Harman Makinasında en fazla tane/sap+kavuz oranı 325 d/d'da 0.133 en düşük tane/(sap+kavuz) oranı ise 225 d/d'da 0.115, Bantlı tip Harman Makinasında en fazla tane/(sap+kavuz) oranı 170 d/d'da 1 cm aralıkta 0.058 en düşük tane/(sap+kavuz) oranı ise 38 d/d'da 0 cm aralıkta 0.031 olarak bulmuştur. Makinalar arasında ölçülen değerlerin büyük çoğunluğunda istatistiki açıdan önemli farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür.
m SUMMARY This research was made in production plants and laboratories of May Seed Company and Tekirdağ Agricultural Faculty. The aim of this research is to determine performances of three types thresher that are used our country at bean seed threshing (Chop-Thresher, Bean Thresher and Belt Thresher). With this aim, the research consist five main groups. This groups are determination of working capascities of machines, ratio of broken seed and mechanical damage in threshed beans, germination ratio of threshed beans and ratios seed/(stalk+chaff). It was determined that capacity of Chop-Thresher is 750 kg/h, capacity of Bean Thresher is 625 kg/h and capacity of Belt Thresher is 500 kg/h in this research result. It was shown that ratio of broken seed decreased while rotation of threshing unit of machine, that was tested, increased. It was found that maximum broken seed ratio in Chop-Thresher is 6.18% at 240 1/min, minimum broken seed ratio 3.23%, maximum broken seed ratio in Bean Thresher is 4.72% at 250 1/min, minimum broken seed ratio 0.32% at 325 1/min and maximum broken seed ratio in Belt thresher is 0.51 % at 38 1/min wher concave clearance, is 0 cm minumum broken seed ratio is o.06 % also at 38 1/min wher concave clearance is 1 cm. It was appear that ratio of mechanical damage increased while rotation of threshing unit of machine, that was tested, increased. It was found that maximum mechanical damage ratio in Chop-Thresher is 7.99% at 335 1/min, minimum mechanical damage ratio is 3.71% at 225 1/min, maximum mechanical damage ratio in Bean thresher is 3.99% at 325 1/min, minimum mechanical damage ratio is 2.15% at 225 1/min and maximum mechanical damage ratio of Belt Thresher is 5.97% at 170 1/min when concave clearance is 0 cm, minimum mechanical damage is 0% at 38 and 87 1/min when concave clearance is 1 cm. It was shown that germination ratio decreased while rotation of threshing unit of machine, which was tested, increased. It was found that maximum germinationIV ratio of Chop-Thresheris 40% at 225 1/min, minimum germination ratio 23% at 335 1/min, maximum germination ratio of Bean thresher is 83% at 225 1/ min, minimum germination ratio is 71% at 325 1/min and germination ratio of Belt Thresher is 92.7% at 38 1/min when concave clearance is 1 cm, minimum germination ratio is 84.7% at 170 1/min when concave clearance is 0 cm. Ratio between seed and (stalk+chaff) of threshed beans was found 0.45. Seed/(stalk+chaff) ratios increased while rotations of threshing units increased.
