Özet
Bu araştırmada Tekirdağ İli Deniz Balıkçılığının sosyo-ekonomik durumunu belirleyip pazarlama sistemini ortaya koymak amacıyla ; Tekirdağ İli Merkez ve sahil şeridindeki ilçe ve beldelerde faaliyette bulunan 263 adet balıkçı teknesi, boyları itibariyle sıralanmış ve yoğunlukları dikkate alınarak; 5-10 m,10-15 m ve 15 m'den büyük tekneler olarak gruplara ayrılmıştır. Tabakalı tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ne göre de küçük gruptan 31adet orta gruptan 18 adet ve büyük gruptan 5 adet ve toplan 54 adet balıkçı teknesiyle anket yapılmıştır. Anket yapılan balıkçı teknelerinin teknik özellikleri, yardımcı tekne özellikleri, ağ donanım özelikleri, avcılık gereçleri , tekne sahibinin ve tayfaların sosyo ekonomik özellikleri, mevcut sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda Tekne büyüklük gruplarına göre tekne sahiplerinin sosyo-ekonomik yönden pek farklı olmadıkları görülmüş, sosyal güvencenin olmaması, Denizcilik Bakanlığının olmaması, balıkçılık ekipmanlarının pahalı olması, denetimlerin yetersiz olması pazarlama sisteminin gelişmemesi ve aşırı avlanmanın önüne geçilememesi gibi sorunlar tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
In this study, with the aim of determining the socio-economical state and figure out its marketing structure in Tekirdağ; 263 boats, used in the centre of province and in towns and villages on the shore, were put into an order according to their lengths and by taking their densities into consideration; they were classified into groups as the boats of 5-10m, 10-15m and the ones bigger than 15m. A survey of 54 boats, 31 of which are from small group, 18 from medium group and five from the large group has been conducted by employing ` The layered exemplification technique `Technical specialities of the boats which were surveyed, specialities of the supporting boats, net properties, fishing equipment, socio-economical conditions of boat owners and the crew, present problems and proposals for the solution of the problems have been studied. At the conclusion of the survey evaluation, it has been observed that the boat owners don't show any socio-economical differences in respect of the size of their boats and such problems as not having the social security, nonexistance of the ministry of maritime, high cost of fishing equipments, insufficiency of the inspections, underdevoloped marketing system and excessive fishing have been found out.
