Özet
Bu çalışma Bursa ilinde Uludağ Üniversitesi Görükle Kampüsü Orman ve Yaban Hayatı Koruma alanından toplanan substratlardan elde edilen Protosteliomycetes üyelerine yöneliktir. Çalışma Eylül 2013- Mayıs 2014 tarihleri arasında, elde edilen primer izolasyon petrileri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. İklimsel yönden Akdeniz geçiş iklim özelliklerini gösteren bu alanda 13 protostelid türünün tespiti gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma alanından tespit edilen taksonlar; Protostelium mycophaga L.S. Olive & C. Stoianovitch 1960, Clastostelium recurvatum L.S. Olive & C. Stoianovitch 1964, Planoprotostelium aurantium L.S. Olive & C. Stoianovitch 1971, Echinosteliopsis oligospora Reinhardt & L.S. Olive 1967, : Schizoplasmodiopsis pseudoendospora L.S. Olive, M. Martin & C. Stoianovitch 1967, Protosporangium articulatum L.S. Olive & C. Stoianovitch 1972, Schizoplasmodiopsis amoeboidea L.S. Abstract
This research is intended to the members of protosteliomycetes, obtained from substrates from which is collected from the area substrates in forestry and wildlife conservation region of Uludağ University Görükle Campüs in Bursa. It was carried out on the primery ısolation plates that were formed from collected substrates between the months of September 2013- May 2014. 13 protostelid taxa have been detected in this zone which shows climatic transitional characteristic Mediterranean climate. The kinds of taxa which were detected in the zone. Protostelium mycophaga L.S. Olive & C. Stoianovitch 1960, Clastostelium recurvatum L.S. Olive & C.
