Özet
Enerji sarfiyatının %39'unun enerji sektöründe kullanıldığı tahmin edilmektedir. Sınırlı enerji kaynaklan, enerji kaynaklarının tükenmesi ve bu enerji kaynaklarının temininde karşılaşılan problemler şirketleri enerji tasarrufuna doğru yönlendiren önemli faktörlerdir. Endüstride genelde kullanılan enerji şekillerinden biri olan ısı enerjisinin geri kazanımı için hazırlanan sistemler önemli enerji tasarrufu sağlarlar. Bu çalışmada, manuel blöf sistemleri yerine otomatik blöf sistemlerinin kullanılmasıyla sağlanan su ve yakıt tasarrufları incelenmiştir. Herhangi bir enerji sarfiyatı olmaksızın yüksek basınçlı kondensten flaş buhar oluşturarak ısı geri kazanımı yapılmış ve bu geri kazanımın mali boyutu incelenmiştir. Arızalı kondenstoplardan buhar kayıplarının nasıl önleneceği ve bu durumdaki enerji tasarrufu da incelenmiştir. Endüstride yoğun olarak kullanılan buharın ısıl veriminden kazanç sağlamak gerekir. Bu çalışmada, ısı geri kazanım sistemleri hem teorik hem pratik olarak incelenmiştir
.It is estimated that 39 % of energy consumption is used by the energy sector. Limited energy resources, exhaustion of energy resources and problems faced with supplying these resources are important factors which are directed companies towards energy savings. Systems prepared for recovery of heat energy, which is commonly used as one of energy forms in industry, provide important energy savings. In this study, fuel and water savings were examined by using automatic blow down systems instead of manual blow down systems. Heat recovery was made by generating flash steam from high pressure condensate without energy consumption and financial dimension of this recovery was examined. How to prevent steam losses from failed steam traps and energy saving in this situation was also examined. We must benefit from heat efficiency of steam, intensively used in industry. In this study, importance of recovery systems was examined both theoretically and practically.
