| dc.description.abstract | 6- ÖZET Bal arılarında, pollen tuzaklarıyla pollen üretiminin kuluçka üretimi üzerine etkilerinin incelendiği bu araştırma da, ayrıca pollen tuzaklarının oğul eğilimi üzerine etkileri, ana yaşının pollen ve kuluçka üretimi üzerine etkileri ve ku luçka üretimiyle pollen üretimi arasındaki ilişki incelenmiş tir. Araştırmada üzerinde durulan konular bakımından elde edilen sonuçlar aşağıda özetlenmiştir. Denemeye alınan pollen üretilen ve kontrol grubuna ait yeni analı ve 1 yaşlı analı koloniler kuluçka miktarlarına gö re incelendiğinde her iki grupta da 1 yaşlı analı kolonilerin ortalaması, yeni analı kolonilerin ortalamasından büyük bulun muştur. Ve ortalamalar arasındaki fark kontrol grubunda (P 0.01), pollen üretilenlerde (P 0.05) düzeyinde önemli bu lunmuştur. Her iki gruba ait yeni analı koloniler karşılaştı rıldığında, kontrol grubu kolonilerinin ortalaması daha yüksek olmasına rağmen, ortalamalar arasındaki fark önemsiz bulunmuş tur. 1 yaşlı analı koloniler arasında da aynı sonuçlar bulun muştur. Pollen üretimi bakımından ana yaşının etkileri incelen diğinde 1 yaşlı analı kolonilerin ortalamaları yeni analılara oranla daha yüksek bulunmuş ve ortalamalar arasındaki fark (P 0.01) düzeyinde önemli bulunmuştur. Oğul eğilimi açısından kontrol grubuna ait kolonilerin ortalamaları pollen üretilenlere oranla daha yüksek bulunma sına karşın ortalamalar arasındaki fark önemsiz bulunmuştur. Ayrıca pollen üretilen kolonilerde kuluçka üretim mik tarıyla pollen üretim miktarı arasında pozitif bir ilişki bu lunmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | 7- SUMMARY This research on honey bees, in which the effects of pollen production with pollen trapping on brood rearing were studied, also analyzed the effects of pollen trapping on swarning tendency, the effects of queen age on pollen produc tion and brood rearing, and the relation between polen produc tion and brood rearing. The results of the topics of the research were summa rized below. In this experiment a control group and a group in which pollen was produced, were used. When the colonies with new queens and the colonies with one-yeared queens of the groups were examined according to their amounts of brood, it was wound that in both two groups the mean of the one-yeared queen colonies were greater than the new queen colonies. And the difference between the means in the control group (P 0.01) and in the pollen producing group (P 0.057 were significant ly found. When the new queen colonies of each group were com pared, it was shown that although the mean of the control group colonies were higher, the difference between the means were found to be insignificant. The results were the same among one-yeared queen colonies. When the effects of queen age on pollen production were studied the means of the one-yeared queen colonies were found to be higher than the new queen colonies and the difference between the means was significantly found at this level (P 0.01). Although the means of the control group colonies were found to be higher than the pollen producing group colonies according to their swarning tendency, the difference between the means were found to be insignificant. Also, in the pollen producing colonies, there found to be a positive relation between the brood rearing amounts and the amounts of pollen production. | en_US |
