dc.description.abstractHiperbarik basmc odalannm sac kalmhklannm hesaplanmasmda AD 2000. EN 13445 ve ASME gibi uluslararasi tasanm standartlan kullamhrken, ANSY, Catia ve Solidworks gibi programlar da hiperbarik basmc odalan saclannm statik analiz sonuclanru vermektedir. Analiz sonuclannda cikan sac kalmhklan, cogunlukla uluslararasi tasanm standartmdaki ampirik hesaplardan alman sonuclardan daha ince cikmaktadrr. Bu cahsmada uluslararasi bir basmch kap standarti olan AD 2000 kullamlarak, ampirik hesaplar ile basmc odasi bilesenlerinin sac kalmhklan bulunmus; Solidworks programmm Simulasyon modulu ile cikan bilesen kalmhklan analiz edilmistir, Daha sonra bilesen kalmhklan kademeli olarak inceltilmis ve Solidworks programmm Simulasyon modulu ile kullarulabilecek guvenli en ince sac kalmhklan bulunmustur, Sonuclar karsilastmlrms ve kazanclar ortaya konulmustur, Uluslararasi standart olan AD2000 ile hesaplanan et kalmhklan Solidworks programmm Simulasyon modulu ile hesaplanan et kalmhklanndan kalm cikrmstrr. Sonuc olarak analiz programlan kullamlarak hesaplanan silindirik basmc odasi, AD 2000 standarti kullamlarak ampirik hesaplar ile bulunan klasik omega tasanmma gore daha az maliyetli, daha hafif ve daha kolay tasmabilirdir,en_US
dc.description.abstractWhile international design standards such as AD 2000. EN 13445 and ASME are used in the calculation of wall thickness of hyperbaric pressure chambers, programs such as ANSY, Catia and Solidworks provide static analysis results of hyperbaric chamber chambers. The wall thicknesses obtained in the analysis results are mostly thinner than those obtained from hand calculations in international design standards .. In this study, wall thickness of pressure chamber components was calculated by hand calculations using AD 2000. an international pressure vessel standard; The component thicknesses of the Solidworks program were analyzed with the simulation module. Subsequently, the component thicknesses were thinned gradually and the safest thin sheet thicknesses that could be used with the Simulation module of the Solidworks program were found. results are compared and gains are presented. The wall thicknesses calculated with the international standard AD2000 are thicker than the wall thicknesses calculated by the Simulation module of the Solidworks program. As a result, the cylindrical pressure chamber calculated using analysis programs is less costly, lighter and easier to transport than the conventional omega design found by hand calculations using the AD 2000 standard ..en_US
