Abstract
Bu çalışmada p-tert-butilfenol ve formaldehitten yola çıkılarak 5,11,17,23-tetratersiyer- butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrahidroksikaliks[4]aren sentezlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Hedeflenen ürünün sentezi için literatürdeki birçok metot denenmiştir. Yapılan tüm denemelerden sonra birçok metodun karışımı olarak bir metot tayin edilmiş ve hedeflenen ürün olan kaliksaren bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Bir sonraki hedeflenen ürünün sentezlenmesi için lithokolik asidin hidroksil grubunun asetillenmesi de literatürdeki yöntemlerle başarılmıştır. Son aşama olarak hedeflenen 5,11,17,23-tetra-tersiyer-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrahidroksikaliks[4]arene ile asetillenmiş lith okolik asidin esterleştirme ile olan reaksiyonu için ancak bir iki deneme yapılabilmiş ancak olumlu sonuçlar elde edilememiştir. Yapılan tüm sentezler spektroskopik yöntemlerle kanıtlanmıştır. ß-peptid zincirlerinin birbiri arasındaki H bağı ilişkileride de computational chemistry yöntemleri ile hesaplanmıştır.
In this study, it was tried to synthesis of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-buthyl-25,26,27,28- tetrahidroksicalix[4]arene from p-tert-buthylphenol and formaldehid. It was tried a lot of metod in literature to synthesis target molecule. After performed these metods it was found a metod which was mixed of known many metods. It was achieved to synthesis the next target molecule which was 3-o-acetyl-lithocholic acid from litohocholic acid. Final reaction of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrahidroksicalix[4]arene and 3-o-acetyl lithocholic acid was not achieved properly. All of syhthesized molecule were verified with spectroscopic technics. In addition these studies, relations between ß-peptide strands were calculated with quantum chemicals metods. All calculations were performed with the Gaussian 03W software package under the framework of ab-initio metod.
