ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi KIRKLARELİ İLİNDE SÜT SANAYİİ İŞLETMELERİNİN PAZARLAMA YAPISININ İNCELENMESİ Filiz İNCE Trakya Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Tarım Ekonomisi Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Yrd. Doç. Dr. M. Ömer AZABAĞAOĞLU 2003 Dünyaya yeni gelen canlının tek besini olan süt, ek bir gıdaya gerek kalmadan doğan canlının yaşamını devam ettirmesini, dengeli ve yeterli beslenmesini sağlayan tek gıdadır. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından günde kişi basma tüketilmesi gereken içme sütü miktarının 1/5'i dikkate alınarak gerçekleştirilen projeksiyon çerçevesinde 2002 yılında tüketilmesi gereken süt ürünlerini tüketebilmek için yaklaşık 18.000.000 ton çiğ süte ve bunu işleyebilecek işletmelere gereksinim vardır. Bu araştırmada insan sağlığı açısından, beslenmedeki önemi büyük olan süt ve süt ürünleri işletmelerinin Kırklareli ilinde hangi şartlarda hammadde temin ettiği, hangi teknolojiyle üretim yaptıkları, sektördeki kurulu kapasite durumu, istihdam ve sektörün ülkt/ ekonomisine katkıları araştırılarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sektör analiz edilirken faal işletmelerle karşılıklı görüşmeler yoluyla bilgiler derlenmiş, bu bilgiler bilgisayar ortamında değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre ildeki süt sanayinin yapısı ve ülkedeki süt sanayinin neresinde bulunduğu, sorunları ile çözüm önerileri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.
SUMMARY Thesis of Master THE INSPECTION OF MARKETING STRUCTURE OF DAIRY INDUSTRY IN KIRKLARELİ Filiz İNCE Trakya University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Agricultural Economics Supervisor: Yrd. Doç. Dr. M. Ömer AZABA?AO?LU 2003 The milk that is the only nourishment of the infants; provides them to continue their lives and to be fed balanced and sufficiently. With in the farm work of the projection made by World Healt Organization (WHO) by taking into consideration 1/5 of the milk quantity that has to be consumed daily per person; it can be said that, for producing the dairy products to be consumed in the year 2002, approximately 18.000.000 tones of raw milk and dairy plants to process are needed. In this research; the conditions that the dairy plants or firms can obtain their raw material, the properties of technology they use, the capacity situation of the sector, employment, and the contributions of the sector to Turkish economy have been tried to explain. While analyzing the sector, the data has been provided through the interviews with the active dairy firms and the data has been collected and processed in computer environment. According to the research data results; the structure of dairy industry in the provision; the position of the industry in Turkish dairy industry; the problems and suggestions have been tried to explain.
