Abstract
ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi Bir Sürecin PID Kontrol İle Denetimi ve Belirli Konumların PLC Kontrol Sistemiyle Denetimi Trakya Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Çorlu Makine Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı Denetim sistemlerinin önemsenmediği endüstrilerde kalite, standartlaşma, verimlilik, ve emniyetli çalışma gibi kavramlar gelişememektedir. İşte bu noktada denetim sistemlerinin ve tasarım yöntemlerinin önemi ortaya çıkmaktadır. Günümüz endüstrisinin ulaşmak istediği nokta sadece büyük miktarda üretim yapmak değildir. Yapılan üretimin kalite ve standartlaşma ile desteklenmesi gerekmektedir. Bunun yanında, üretimi yaparken iş güvenliğinin de ihmal edilmemesi gerekmektedir, özellikle son yıllarda Avrupa Birliği'nde iş güvenliği ile ilgili çok detaylı çalışmalar yapılmış ve çeşitli normlar hazırlanmıştır. Bilgisayar teknolojilerinin gelişmesi sayesinde sistem kurulmadan tüm tasarım parametrelerinin bilgisayar ortamında belirlenebilme imkanı doğmuştur. Bu gelişme denetim sistemleri tasarımını da kolaylaştırmaktadır. Örneğin PID denetim sistemi tasarımı Matlab bilgisayar programı yardımıyla grafiksel olarak yapılabilmektedir. Ayrıca PLC denetim sistemi tasarımında da simülasyon metodları kullanılarak sistem bilgisayar ortamında tasarlanabilmektedir. SUMMARY Master of Science Thesis The Control of Process with PID and The Control of Certain Positions with PLC Trakya University Institute of Science Çorlu Mechanical Engineering Main Department The industries in which control systems are not considered such concepts as quality, standardize, productivity, and security work conditions can not develop. In this point, the importance of control systems and design methods are paid more attention. The aim of the modern industry is not only to reach a high amount of production. The production should be supported by quality and standardize. In addition, during production process, security conditions of the work should not be ignored. Especially, in these days, many detailed studies about the security condition of the work are made in Europe Union. According to these, various norms are prepared. By the help of developing computer technologies, before a system is set, it is possible to use the whole design parametres on computers. This development makes control system easy, too. For instance, the design of PID control system can be made either graphics using MATLAB computer program or simulation methods. The aim of this thesis is to improve such concepts told above.
