Özet
Bu çalışma Trakya Tarımsal Araştırmalar Enstitüsü sera ve laboratuvarları Salarlı Köyü deneme arazisi ile Trakya Üniversitesi'nde eş zamanlı olarak yürütülmüştür. 2009 ve 2010 yıllarında Türkiye'de yaygın olarak kullanılan 41 çeltik çeşidi seçilip, fide döneminden hasat dönemine kadar morfolojik özellikleri incelenmiş, hasat döneminden sonra da kimyasal analizleri yapılmıştır. Kontrollü olarak yapılan çalışmada hasat dönemine kadar yapılan çalışmalar sonrasında, bitki boyu, salkım uzunluğu, başakçık sterilitesi, 1000 tane ağırlığı ve tane boyutları ölçülmüş ve istatistiksel hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Köklerde yapılan makro element analizlerinde Na+, Ca+2 ve K+ oranları üzerinde durulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, morfolojik ve kimyasal analizler kendi içlerinde değerlendirilmiş ve çeltik yetiştiricileri tarafından en çok tercih edilen Osmancık haricinde Kıral, Kırkpınar, Sürek-95, Kros-424, Durağan, N1 41 T OT, Halilbey çeşitleri de tuzlu koşullarda dayanıklılık gösteren diğer çeşitler olarak belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
This study was carried out simultaneously with Trakya Agricultural Research Institute coolhouse and labarotories, Salarlı village pilot region and Trakya university. 41 different rice types which are widely used in Turkey were chosen, their morphological features were analysed throughout the whole process: starting from the seedling period to their harvest time and lastly, their chemical analysis was conducted. During this study, in the analysis following the harvest, the length of the plant, length of the bunch, sterility of the head, weight of 1000 grains and their size were calculated. In accordance with all these, the statistical analysis was conducted as well. During the macro element analysis of the roots, the proportions of Na+, Ca+2 and K+ were dwelled upon. As a result of the studies, morphological and chemical analysis were evaluated within themselves. It is concluded that besides Osmancık, which is the the most widely-preferred rice by farmers, Kıral Kırkpınar, Sürek-95, Kros-424, Durağan, N1 41 T OT, Halilbey are the other rice types which can show endurance to salinity conditions.
