dc.description.abstractRomanya gibi Müslüman olmayan ülkelerde yaşayan ve Arap diline hâkim olmayan kimseler için Kur’ân tercümelerinin hayatî bir öneme sahip olduğunu vurgulamak gerekir. Zira bu ve benzeri ülkelerde yaşayan insanlar, İslâm’ın kaynağına ve mesajlarına ancak tercümeler ve bu konuda yapılmış çalışmalar vasıtasıyla ulaşabilmektedir. Bu durum bölgede yaşayan gayrî müslim nüfus için de geçerlidir. Nitekim Kur’ân tercümeleri üzerinden yapılan bir okuma sonucunda Müslüman olmayan kişi İslâm’ı kabul etmese dahi bunun sonucu olarak ya İslâm diniyle ilgili olumlu kanaatleri oluşmakta ya metinle yeterli ünsiyet kuramadığından Kur’ân tercümesini etraflıca okumaktan imtina etmekte ya da metne bir daha geri dönmemek üzere kısa sürede ilgili meal çalışmasını rafa kaldırmamaktadır. Bu araştırmada, “Kur’ân nasıl bir kitaptır? Doğru bir Kur’ân tercümesi nasıl yapılır? Mütercim bu hususta hangi kriterlere dikkat etmelidir? Hangi tercüme metodu kullanılmalıdır? Kur’ân’ın tercümesi herhangi bir kitabın tercümesine benzer mi?” gibi sorular temelinde başarılı bir Kur’ân tercümesini mümkün kılacak kriterler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunun için de Romence Kur’ân tercümelerinden seçilen örnek metinlerden hareketle bu kriterlerin hangisine ne ölçüde riayet edildiğini göstermek amaçlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt should be emphasised that Quranic translations are of vital importance for people living in non-Muslim countries such as Romania who do not have a command of the Arabic language. Because people living in these and similar countries can only access the source and messages of Islam through translations and studies on this subject. This is also true for the non-Muslim population living in the region. As a matter of fact, even if a person does not accept Islam as a result of reading through Quran translations, as a result of this, either his/her positive opinions about Islam are formed, or he/she refrains from reading the Quran translation in detail since he/she cannot establish sufficient familiarity with the text, or he/she does not shelve the related translation study in a short time so as not to return to the text again. In this research, “What kind of a book is the Qur’an? How to make an academic Qur’an translation? Which criteria should the translator pay attention to in this regard? Which translation method should be used? Is the translation of the Qur’an similar to the translation of any book?” On the basis of questions such as these, it has been tried to determine the criteria that will make a successful translation of the Quran possible. For this purpose, it is aimed to show the extent to which these criteria are respected with the sample texts selected from Romanian Quran translations.en_US
