Özellikle antepfıstığının mekanik olarak düşürülebilmesi için gerekli olan genlik ve frekansın belirlenmesi ve değişik ağaç meyvelerinin hasadında kullanılan hasat makinalarının antepfıstığının hasadında uygulanabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla atölye şartlarında hazırlanmış üç farklı genlik (20, 30, 40 mm) ve üç farklı frekans (10, 15, 20 Hz) sağlayabilen eksantrik etkili sarsıcı ile birlikte başta zeytin olmak üzere küçük taneli ürünlerin hasadında kullanılmak için imal edilmiş olan pnömatik kancalı sarsıcı ve kendinden motorlu sarsıcı kullanılmıştır..jıpieoeıo lueje u8|>|j

According to the harvest results based on exantric shaker, the highest harvesting efficiency for 40 mm of wavelength and 20 Hz of frequency for the varieties of siirt; ohadi and kırmızı were 95.43 %, 94.60 % and 94.69 % respectively. A pneumatic shaker with hook and engine shaker used in the study have one frequency and wavelength. The harvesting was done from two different points regarding holding places to branch of the tree. Harvest done at the 700 mm distance from the main branch by the pneumatic shaker with hook gave low harvest efficiency. However, harvest done at the 250 mm distance from the fruit by the pneumatic shaker with hook provided a high harvest done at the 700 mm distance from the main branch by the engine shaker gave 80-90 % harvest efficiency, harvest done at 250 mm distance from the fruit by engine shaker provided almost 100 % efficiency. In this study, physical and physico-mechanical features of pistachio nut harvesting was also determined. The pistachio nut was evaluated as hully, dehully, internal fruit, wet and dry stiations. In this respect, friction of coefficient dry bulk density, angle of deposition, features of dimension, weight analysis, weight of 100 fruits, cracking resistance, and crushing resistance of internal fruit were determined. I believe that this study will help in the transition of harvesting of pistachio nut. Besides, the determination of physical and physico-mechanical features of the pistachio nut will be useful for a design of machine for process of pistachio fruit.
