Özet
Trakya Bölgesi'nde Yetişen Bazı Orkide Türleri Üzerinde Anatomik Araştırmalar, Trakya Üniversitesi, Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Hücre Biyolojisi Tezde Trakya yetişen orkidelerin anatomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Buna göre toplanan 27 taksona ait bitkilerin yaprak, gövde, kök ve yumrularından Floroglusin+HCl, Sartur, Delafield's Hematoksilen-Safranin ve Pas-Alcian Blue (PASAB) yöntemi ile preperatlar hazırlanmıştır. Buna ilâve olarak tüm organlarda silis tayini yapılmış, rafit uzunlukları ve yumrularda nişasta boyutları ölçülmüş, yumrularda müsilajın asidik / bazik özellikleri de tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen tüm bulgulardan karşılaştırmalı tablolar düzenlenmiştir. Böylelikle tezin orkideler açısından önemi vurgulanmıştır.
The Anatomical Researchs On the Some Orchid Species growing in Thrace, University of Trakya, Graduat School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Cell Biology. In thesis, anatomical characteristics of orchids growing in Thrace were investigated. Therefore, the plants belonging to 27 taxa, of which from fixed leafs, stems, roots and root tubers preperats were made with different methods, Sartur, Floroglucin+HCl, Delafield's Hematxylin-Safranin and, Pas-Alcian Blue (PASAB). In all these organs, silica tests were made, in addition lengths of raphide and dimensions of starch granules were measured and, acidic / alkali characteristics of mucilage also were established in root tubers. From all findings comparative tablos were arranged. Thus, importance of the thesis was stressed on the point of view orchids.
