Özet
This study aims to investigate the effects of total quality management applications on internal customer satisfaction at various dimensions was carried at Mu?la 75. Yil Science High School on relation to the Ministry of National Education. The study was limited to perceptions of the students (n=90) studying at Mu?la 75. Yil Science High School as internal customers. The satisfaction levels of the students were measured before and during the application of total quality management were compared in terms of different total quality dimensions. The data obtained were analysed by the SPSS for Windows in a personal computer compatible with IBM, after descriptive analysis, the data of pretest and post-test were compared with "student t" test (p<0,05 and p<0,01). The results of the study indicated that total quality applications increased the satifaction levels of the students.
