Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Erken Romantik Dönem bestecilerinden Carl Maria von Weber’in piyano sonatlarının karşılaştırılması ve Op. 24 Piyano Sonatı’nın ilk bölümünün incelenmesidir. Nitel doküman analizi yönteminin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada ilk olarak literatür taraması yapılarak besteci ve eserler hakkında bilgiler edinilmiştir. Bu veriler ışığında eserlerin seçilen notaları üzerinde incelemeler yapılarak karşılaştırmalar yapılmış ve elde edilen veriler betimlenerek verilmiştir. Son olarak Op. 24 Piyano Sonatı’nın birinci bölümü form özellikleri açısından incelenerek elde edilen veriler nota üzerinde örneklerle gösterilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; Weber’in bu piyano sonatlarının Klasik Dönem’den Romantik Dönem’e geçişte önemli bir rolü olduğu, kendinden sora gelen bestecilerin piyano stillerini etkilediği, Weber’in piyanistik eserlerinin en önemli özelliklerinden birisinin orkestra seslerini piyanoda betimlemesi olduğu görülmüş, Op. 24 Piyano Sonatı’nın ilk bölümünün, her ne kadar Klasik Dönem özelliklerini yansıtsa da, armonik ve form yapısı açısından Romantik Dönem bireyselciliğini yansıttığı görülmüştür
This study aims to compare the piano sonatas of Carl Maria von Weber, one of the Early Romantic Period composers, it examines the first part of the Op. 24 Piano Sonata. At this research used the qualitative document analysis method; firstly, it searched the literature and obtained information about the composer and his works. In light of these data, made comparisons by examining the works’ selected score, and the data obtained were given by describing them - finally, The first part of the Op. 24 Piano Sonata looked in terms of form features, and the data obtained was shown with examples on the note. As a result, these piano sonatas of Weber played an essential role in the transition from the Classical Period to the Romantic Period. They influenced the piano styles of the composers who came after him. One of the essential features of Weber’s pianistic works is the depiction of orchestral sounds on the piano. Although the first part of the Op. 24 Piano Sonata reflects the Classical Period’s characteristics, it reflects the Romantic Period’s individualism in harmonic and form structure.
