Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada 5-{4-[2-(5-ethyl-2-pyridyl)etoxy]benzilydin}-2-4-thiazolidindion molekülünün bilinen organik indirgeme yöntemlerinden farklı olarak Alkali metal/Metanol kullanılarak 5-{4-[2-(5-ethyl-2-pyridyl)etoxy]benzyl}-2-4-thiazolidindion (PIOGLITAZONE) molekülüne indirgenmiş ve moleküle metal atomu bağlanmıştır. İndirgenmiş molekül,NMR,NIR(Yakm Infrared),HPLC(Yüksek performans sıvı kromatografisi),GC(Gaz kromatografisi),Erime noktası tayini,Potansiyometrik titrasyon kullamlarak incelenmiştir. Elde edilen metal bağlı molekül ise X-Işınları Difraksiyon ve Elektron Probe Mikroanalizör cihazında incelenmiştir. VI SUMMARY In this study, unlike other known organic reduction methods for 5-{4-[2-(5-ethyl-2- pyridyl)etoxy]benzilydin}-2-4-thiazolidindion,using Alkali metal / Methanol, it's reduction to 5- {4-[2-(5-ethyl-2-pyridyl)etoxy]benzyl} -2-4-thiazolidindion(PIOGLITAZONE) has been examinated and a metal atom has been linked to this molecule. Reducted molecule were investigated, NMR, NIR(Near Infrared), HPLC(High performance liquid chromatography), GC(Gas chromatography,Determination of Melting point and Potansiyometric titration analysis. The molecule has been linked by metal atom were investigated using, X-Ray Difraction and Electron Probe Microanalyzer aparatus.
