2-merkptobenzoksazol, 2-merkaptobenzotiyazol, 2-merkaptobenzimidazolün türevlendirilmesi ve metal komplekslerinin oluşturulması

Özet
Benzoksazol, benzotiyazol ve benzimidazol bileşiklerinin bir çok kematerapötik etkisi olduğundan dolayı, bu bileşiklerle çalışmayı hedefledik. 2-merkaptobenzoksazol, 2-merkaptobenzotiyazol ve 2-merkaptobenzimidazol bileşiklerini dibromobütan türevleri ile reaksiyona sokarak yeni 9 yeni bileşik sentezledik. Bu bileşiklerin ATR, 13Cve 1H NMR spektrumlarını alarak, yapıları kanıtlamaya çalıştık. Daha sonra elde edilen ligantlardan 1,4-bis(benzoksazol-2-iltiyo)bütan, 1,4-bis(benzotiyazol-2-iltiyo)bütan ve 1,4-bis((1H-benzimidazol-2-il)tiyo)bütan kompleks sentezinde ve metal ekstraksiyon testlerinde kullandık. Metal komplekslerinde PdCl4 kullanılmıştır. Metal komplekslerin doğrulanması amacıyla TG; metal ekstraksiyon testlerinin yorumlanmasında AAS cihazlarından faydalanılmıştır. Bunlara ek olarak tüm ligantlar üzerinde biyolojik aktivite, çeşitli bakteri ve mantarlarda bakılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler : 2-merkaptobenzoksazol, 2-merkaptobenzotiyazol, 2- merkaptobenzimidazol, dibromobütan, Paladyum Klorür.
Abstract
For having lots of chemotherapeutic effects, we aimed for working on benzoxazole, benzothiazole and benzimidazole derivates. 2-Mercaptobenzoxazole, 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole and 2-Mercaptobenzimidazole were derivated with dibromobutane derivates and gave us 9 new compounds. We tried to explain their stuructures with ATR, 13C and 1H NMR. After that we used 1,4-bis(benzoxazole-2-ylthio)butane, 1,4-bis(benzothiazole-2-ylthio)butane and 1,4-bis((1H-benzimidazole-2-yl)thio)butane for complex synthesis and metal extraction tests. PdCl4 was used for metal complexes. Proving metal complexes TG, AAS was used for explaining metal extraction tests.
