In the present study, a new series of amino acid Schiff bases were synthesized from bensaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and L-Phenyl alanine, L-Asparagine, L-Glysine, L-Glutamine and L-Thyritophane. Furthermore, synthesis of d-block metal complexes of mixed ligand with metal precursors such as Co (II), Ni (II), Pd (II) and Pt (II) salts and some selected auxiliary ligands such as 8-hydroxyquinoline and etylenediamine were to be performed under refluxing conditions and optimization of the reactions to obtain the composition of complexes using mol rate and Job methods. The preparation and structural elucidation of the complexes will be undertaken by using physico-chemical (Elemental Analysis, Melting point, Magnetic susceptibility, Conductivity), spectroscopic methods ( LC-MS, UV/Vis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, XRD and FT-IR) and thermal analysis (TG-DTA). In addition, Antimicrobial, cytotoxyte and antioxidant activites of obtained complex compouns were investigated.
