| dc.description.abstract | Bireyin davranışlarında kendi yaşantısı yoluyla ve kasıtlı olarak, istendik değişiklikleri meydana getirme sürecine eğitim denir. Eğitim, tüm dünyada üzerinde en çok düşünülen, bütün insanları ilgilendiren ve sürekli geliştirilip araştırılan yeniliklerle daha verimli olması istenen bir kavramdır. Eğitim engelli veya engelsiz herkes için doğumdan ölüme kadar, hayatın her aşamasında hayatla iç içedir. Engelli bireylerin eğitimi engelsiz bireylerin eğitiminden çok daha fazla zaman, maliyet ve uzmanlık gerektirmektedir. Birebir eğitimin kesinlikle uygulanması gerekli olan engelli eğitimi; okul, öğretmen, araç-gereç ve bilgi bakımından sıkıntılar yaşamaktadır. Bilişim Teknolojilerinin ?Uzaktan Eğitim? ortamı her yerde her zaman ve her insana ulaşan yapısı sayesinde, yukarıda sayılan sorunların en aza indirgemekte ve fazladan harcanan maliyet ve zamanın kazanılması, eğitimin okullardan bağımsız bir hale getirilerek engellinin eğitiminde daha hızlı bir gelişim sürecinin yaşanmasına imkânlar sunmaktadır. Bu imkânların engelli insanlara ulaştırılması ve geliştirilerek kendini yenileyebilmesi için, öncelikle amaca hizmet edecek sistemlerin kurulmasını, bu sistemleri kullanacak olan yöneticilerin, öğretmenlerin ve ailelerin bilgilendirilmesini gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, amacımız Zihinsel Engelliler İçin Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulaması yaparak eğitimin daha az masraflı, daha kısa bir sürede, daha kolay, daha zevkli ve daha verimli bir hale gelmesini sağlamaktır. Aynı zamanda, zihinsel engellilerin eğitiminin ilgili teknoloji ile birebir ilerlemesi umut edilmektedir. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstract | Bringing about desirable changes in the behaviors of individuals through their experiences and purposefully is referred to as education. Education is the concept that is most thought about in the World, concerns all individuals and is intended to be developed and elaborated with research activities. Education is an integrated part of the life for everyone with or without disabilities from birth to death. Education for disabled people requires longer time and more specialization and is more costly then education for people without disabilities. Peer to peer training is absolutely necessary to the implementation of training for disabled. Problems about schools, teachers, equipment and information have been experienced. Due to the fact that a ?Distant Learning? environment of Information Technologies is accessible anytime and anywhere the above mentioned problems are minimized, the cost and required time is minimized and educational activities become conductable in a way independent of schools. In order to these opportunities to be made accessible and be further improved, the managers, teachers and families to use them need to be informed. In this study, our aim is to develop a new education system for the distant training of disabled people which will render such education less costly, less time consuming, more enjoyable and more and more efficient. Furthermore, education for the disabled will hopefully improve along with development in relevant technologies. | en_US |
