Özet
Bu çalışmada, Trakya’da doğal olarak yetişen Fabaceae familyasından Vicia L. cinsine ait 26 taksonun (V. cassubica L., V. cracca L. subsp. cracca, V. cracca subsp. gerardii Gaudin, V. cracca L. subsp. stenophylla Vel., V. cracca L. subsp. tenuifolia (Roth) Gaudin, V. galilaea Plitm. & Zoh., V. grandiflora Scop. var. dissecta Boiss., V. grandiflora Scop. var. grandiflora, V. hirsuta (L.) S.F.Gray, V. hybrida L., V. lathyroides L., V. lutea L. var. hirta (Balbis) Lois., V. narbonensis L. var. narbonensis, V. pannonica Crantz var. pannonica, V. pannonica Crantz var. purpurascens (DC.) Ser., V. parviflora Cav., V. peregrina L., V. sativa L. subsp. incisa (Bieb.) Arc. var. cordata (Wulfenex Hoppe) Arc., V. sativa L. subsp. incisa (Bieb.) Arc. var. incisa, V. sativa L. subsp. nigra (L.) Ehrh. var. nigra, V. sativa L. subsp. nigra (L.) Ehrh. var. segetalis (Thuill.) Ser. ex DC., V. sativa L. subsp. sativa, V. tetrasperma (L.) Schreb., V. villosa Roth subsp. dasycarpa (Ten.) Cav., V. villosa Roth subsp. eriocarpa (Hausskn.) P.W. Ball, V. villosa Roth subsp. villosa) polen morfolojileri ışık ve taramalı elektron mikroskobunda incelenerek palinolojik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Yapılan palinolojik araştırmalar sonucu Vicia cinsine ait incelenen taksonların genel özellikleri: polen tipi 3-zonocolparatae; polen şekli prolat, subprolat ya da sferoidal; ornamentasyon pisilat, perforat ve retikulat, polen yapısı tektattır. Kolpuslar uzun, derin, dar veya geniş, kenarları belirgindir. V. lathyroides’in polen şeklinin sferoidal olması ile diğer taksonlardan ayrıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda palinolojik olarak incelenen taksonların ekzin ornementasyonuna göre birbirlerinden farklı özelliklere sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the pollen morphologies of Vicia L. taxa (V. cassubica L., V. cracca L. subsp. cracca., V. cracca subsp. gerardii Gaudin, V. cracca L. subsp. stenophylla Vel., V. cracca L. subsp. tenuifolia (Roth) Gaudin, V. galilaea Plitm. & Zoh., V. grandiflora Scop. var. dissecta Boiss., V. grandiflora Scop. var. grandiflora, V. hirsuta (L.) S.F.Gray, V. hybrida L., V. lathyroides L., V. lutea L. var. hirta (Balbis) Lois., V. narbonensis L. var. narbonensis , V. pannonica Crantz var. pannonica , V. pannonica Crantz var. purpurascens (DC.) Ser., V. parviflora Cav., V. peregrina L., V. sativa L. subsp. incisa (Bieb.) Arc. var. cordata (Wulfenex Hoppe) Arc., V. sativa L. subsp. incisa (Bieb.) Arc. var. incisa, V. sativa L. subsp. nigra (L.) Ehrh. var. nigra, V. sativa L. subsp. nigra (L.) Ehrh. var. segetalis (Thuill.) Ser. ex DC., V. sativa L. subsp. sativa, V. tetrasperma (L.) Schreb., V. villosa Roth subsp. dasycarpa (Ten.) Cav., V. villosa Roth subsp. eriocarpa (Hausskn.) P.W. Ball, V. villosa Roth subsp. villosa), belonging Fabaceae, growing in Trakya Region (Europe in Turkey) were investigated via light and scanning electron microscope. The general palynological characteristics belonging to the genus Vicia L. taxa examined; pollen type is 3-zonocolparatae; pollen shapes are prolate, spheroidal or subprolate; exine ornamentation psilate, perforate, and reticulate, pollen structure is tectate. V. lathyroides with spheroidal pollen shape is separated from the other taxa. In conclusion, palynological properties of the taxa examined were determined that exine ornamentation features have different characteristics from each other.
