Özet
Bu çalışmada Me-IBX adı verilen IBX türevi olan, organik çözücülerde yüksek çözünürlüğe sahip bileşiğin sentezi ve değişik maddeler üzerindeki yükseltgeme özelliği denenmiştir. Hedeflenen Me-IBX maddesinin sentezi için 3,5-dimetilfenol başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanılmış ve Me-IBX dört basamakta sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen Me-IBX bileşiğinin yükseltgeme özelliği IBX ile yükseltgenebilen maddelerde denenmiş ve yükseltgeme reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Abstract
In the present study, we attempt to synthesize IBX derivative called Me-IBX, which has a high solubility in organic solvents and we have also studied its oxidation characteristics on different compounds. For the synthesis of the intended product, 3,5-dimethylphenol was used as a starting material and Me-IBX was obtained in four steps. The oxidation property of Me-IBX has been studied on the compounds that can be oxidized by IBX, it is seen that the oxidation reaction of these compounds with Me-IBX has been achieved.
