Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, güneş pilleri incelenmiştir. Güneş enerjisi incelenerek güneş panelleriyle sistem yapıldı ve güneş enerjisinin önemi anlatıldı. Tezin ilk bölümünde, güneş pilleri ve güneş pillerin öneminden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, güneş pillerinin tarihçesi, çalışma prensibi, güneş pillerinin yapımında kullanılan malzemeler ve güneş pillerinin çeşitleri anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, güneş pillerinin verimliliği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, güneş pillerinin çalışmasını etkileyen faktörler ele alınmıştır. Beşinci kısımda, güneş pilliyle yapılan makinanın tasarım evresi ve makine hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından bahsedildi. Bu kaynakların gelecek için önemi vurgulandı
Abstract
In this thesis, solar cells was investigated. The importance of solar energy from renewable energy sources are highlighted. In the first part of the thesis is the significance of the solar cell. The second is a part, the history of solar cells, principles, materials used in the production of solar cells and solar cells types are described. The third section describes the efficiency of solar cells. In the fourth section, the factors affecting the operation of the solar cell were examined. In the fifth section, the design phase of the machines made by solar cells and are given information about the machine. May be taken for the future use of renewable energy measures and recommendations are described in the sixth chapter.
