Özet
Bu çalışmada kolesterol ve kolestanol esterleri sentezlenip, 2. Nesil grubbs katalizörü kullanılarak metatez reaksiyonu ile dimerleri sentezlenmiştir. Bu dimerlerin sentezinin gerçekleştirilmesi amacıyla, ilk olarak kolesterol ve kolestanol, akriloil klorür, 10-undekenoil klorür ve 4-pentenoil klorür ile reaksiyona sokularak 6 farklı ester sentezi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sentezlenen bu esterler kendi içinde ve ayrıca aynı ester köklerine sahip kolesterol ve kolestanol türevi bileşikler çapraz metatez reaksiyonuna tabii tutarak dimerleri elde edilmiştir. Bu şekilde çapraz ve lineer dimer olarak toplam 9 tane bileşik sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen bütün bileşikler 1H, 13C, DEPT, IR ve kütle analizleri ile doğrulanmıştır. Bununla birlikte 1,3,5-Triallil-1,3,5-triazin-2,4,6-trion bileşiğinin 3-(4-pentenoksi)-kolesterol ile reaksiyonu denenmiş fakat istenen ürün saflaştırılamamıştır.
Abstract
In this study, we synthesized cholesterol and cholestanol ester derivatives and then these compounds were exposured via metathesis reaction by using 2nd generation Grubbs reagent for obtaining their dimers. For obtaining these dimers, cholesterol and cholestanol were separately reacted with acryloyl chloride, 4-pentenoyl chloride, 10-undecenoyl chloride and we achieved six different esters. These esters were reacted with theirselves and also same ester derivatives of cholesterol and cholestanol were reacted with each other by using 2nd generation Grubbs reagent for synthesizing their dimers. Thus nine dimers were synthesized as cross and lineer types. All compound structure was confirmed by using 1H, 13C, DEPT, IR and Mass analysis. By the way 1,3,5-Triallyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trione compound was reacted with 3-(4-pentenoxy)-cholesterol, but product was not isolated.
