| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Meriç Nehri’nden sulanarak üretilen çeltiklerde kullanılan zirai ilaçların kalıntısı olan pestisitlerin insan ve çevre sağlığı açısından yasal değerlerinin üzerinde olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Aynı zamanda çeltiklerin üretiminde kullanılan sularda da pestisit analiz yapılarak su ile taşınan pestisit kalıntılarının çeltik bitkisine bulaşma derecesinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışma üç aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Birinci aşamada analizi yapılacak olan çeltik ve su örnekleri Meriç Nehri boyunca 25 ayrı noktadan toplanmıştır. İkinci aşamada toplanan çeltikler sap ve kavuzlarından ayrılarak kurutulmuş ve örnekler analiz edilinceye kadar uygun koşullarda muhafaza edilmiştir. Son aşama olan üçüncü aşamada ise örneklerin pestisit analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, çeltik ve pirinç örneklerinde beş ayrı noktada Azoxystrobin, Cyproconazole, Epoxiconazole, Prochloraz, Profoxydim, Propiconazole, Tebukonazole, Trifloxystrobin (0,017-0,116 mg/kg), su örneklerinde bir noktada Malathion (0,027 mg/kg) tespit edilmiştir. Türk Gıda Kodeksi Pestisitlerin Maksimum Kalıntı Limitleri Yönetmeliği’nde yer alan pestisitlerin en yüksek kalıntı limitleri değerleri ile elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırıldığında tüm değerlerin maksimum kalıntı limitlerinden düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it was investigated whether pesticides, which are the remnants of pesticides used in rice produced by irrigating from the Meriç River, are above their legal values in terms of human and environmental health. At the same time, it was aimed to determine the degree of contamination of pesticide residues carried with water by using pesticide analysis in the water used in the production of paddy. For this purpose, the study was carried out as three stages. The paddy and water samples to be analyzed in the first stage are collected from 25 different points along the Meriç River. In the second stage, the collected paddy was separated from the stalk and kernels and stored in suitable conditions until the samples were analyzed. In the third phase, pesticide analysis of the samples was carried out. As a result of the analysis, Azoxystrobin, Cyproconazole, Epoxiconazole, Prochloraz, Profoxydim, Propiconazole, Tebuconazole, Trifloxystrobin (0,017-0,116 mg / kg) were found in five different points in paddy and rice samples, and Malathion (0.027 mg / kg) was detected at one point in the water samples. When the results of this study and the highest residual limit values of pesticides in Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides were compared, it was determined that all values were lower than the maximum residual limits. | en_US |
