Abstract
Bu çalışmada, steroidler, bunun bir türevi olan kolesterol, yükseltgeyici reaktifler bu çalışmada hedef bileşik olan imin molekülerinin yapıları, safra kesesine etkileri ve kullanım alanları hakkında da bilgi verilmiştir.Kolesterol ve kolestanolün son yıllarda popülaritesi artmış olan IBX bileşiği ile yükseltgenme reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiş ve elde edilen verimler daha basit bir yükseltgeyici olan kromik asitle yapılan denemeden elde edilen sonuçla kıyaslamıştır. Yükseltgenme ürünü olarak elde edilen kolesterone ve kolestanone bileşikleri, 1,2-etilendiamin, 1,4-diaminobutan, 1,8-diaminooktan, 1,5-diaminonaftalin ile reaksiyona sokularak bu bileşiklerden imin tipi dimerler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen moleküllerin yapıları, erime noktası, IR, 1H NMR ve 13C NMR, DEPT spektrumları kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler: Kolesterol, Kolestanol, İmin, Dimer, IBX.
In this study, we mettioned about steroids and its derivatives, some oxidative reagents, imine compounds which are main target, effects on the gallbladder and uses of steroids.Cholestrole and cholestanol has been reacted with IBX which is used as an oxidative reagent in the last two decades and this reaction?s yield was compared with that of chromic acid which is a simplier oxidative reagent. Cholestrone and cholestanone compounds which are oxidation products were reacted with 1,2-ethylenediamine, 1,4-diaminobutane, 1,8-diaminooktane and 1,5-diaminonaphthalene respectively and we obtained imine typed dimers. These compounds were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and DEPT spectrums.Keywords: Cholestrole, Cholestanole, Imine, Dimer and IBX
