Özet
Büro tasarımında kullanıcı standartları ve teknoloji kullanımının değerlendirilmesi başlığı altmda hazırlanan bu tez çalışması, dokuz bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; tez çalışmasının amacı ve kapsamı hakkında bilgi verilerek konuya giriş yapılmaktadır. ikinci bölümde; günümüzde kullanılan büro ve ofis kavramlarının tanımı yapıldıktan sonra bu kavramlar üzerine yapılan farklı yorumlar incelenerek büro kavramının tarihsel gelişim süreci ele alınmaktadır. Bu gelişim süreci içerisindeki büro işlevleri incelenerek büro yapıları için sınıflandırma yapılmaktadır. Ayrıca büro mekanı kullanım biçimleri sınıflandırılarak bu buralardaki çeşitli tasarım kriterleri incelenmekte ve büro plan tipinin seçimine etki eden faktörler ele alınmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde; büro yapılarında mekan kavramının tanımı yapılarak, büro yapılarında bulunması gereken mekanlar, mekanlar arası ilişkiler, büro mekanlarının organizasyon ilkeleri ve büro mekanı kullanım yöntemlerindeki değişiklikler ele alınmaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde; büro yapılarında iç mekan organizasyonuna etki eden faktörler sımfiandırılmaktadır. Beşinci bölümde; büro yapısı tasarlama süreci ele alınarak planlama-programlama- tasanm ilkeleri açıklanmakta ve büro yapılarının tasarımında dikkat edilmesi gereken kriterler belirtilmektedir. Altıncı bölümde; büro yapılarında cephe kullanımı anlatılarak büro yapısı cephelerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan öznel ve nesnel değerlendirme tekniklerinden bahsedilmektedir. Ayrıca 10 kişilik bir denek grubu seçilmiş, bu gruba seçilen büro binası cephelerini öznel değerlendirme tekniğine göre yorumlamaları sağlanmıştır. II Yedinci bölümde; büro yapılarındaki teknolojik gelişmeler incelenerek geleceğin ofis tasarımlarından bahsedilmektedir. Sekizinci bölümde; Türkiye'de ve Avrupa'da bulunan büro yapılarından örnekler incelenmektedir. Dokuzuncu bölümde; tez çalışmasının sonuç kısmı yer almaktadır. Sonuç bölümünde araştırma ve incelemeler doğrultusunda genel bir değerlendirme yapılmaktadır.
This thesis work which is prepared under the heading of user standards and the evaluation of usage of technology in tehe office design consist of nine chapters. At the first chapter, it is made an introduction by giving information about the goal and extent of thesis work. At the second chapter, after the definitions of office and government department concepts, which are used nowadays, are made, the historical development of office concept is mentioned by examining the comments made on these concepts. It is made a categorization for office buildings by examining the function of the office at that development period. Also, categorizing the way of usage of an office place, it is examined various kind of design criterions at these offices and the factors that effect the choice of the type of office plan are mentioned. At the third chapter, making a definition of a concept of a place in office buildings, the places that must be in office buildings, the relations of places to each other, the organization principles of office places and chances in the usage methods of office places are all mentioned. At the fourth chapter, the factors that effect the inner place organization at the office places are categorized. At the fifth chapter, mentioning the period of planning of office places fundamentals, planning-programming-designing and its principles are explained and and the criterions that must be carefull about in the design of office places are stated. At the sixth chapter, explaining are usage of front at office places, subjective and objective evaluation techniques that are widespreadly used in the front of office places IV are mentioned. Also the experimental group with 10 people are chosen and it is provided to them to interpret the chosen office places front according to subjective evaluation technique. At the seventh chapter, examining the technological development at the office buildings, the office plans that will be in the next are mentioned. At the eighth chapter, some of the examples of office places taken from the Europe and Turkey are examined. At the ninth chapter, there is conclusion part of thesis work. At this conclusion part, it is made a general evaluation on the basis of researches and examinations.
