| dc.description.abstract | Talaşlı imalat işlemlerinde bir adet kesici takımla işlenen parça sayısı, döküm parçanın mekanik ve kimyasal yapısı, kesici takım malzemenin özellikleri ve döküm işlemi ile talaşlı işleme arasında geçen süre gibi bazı nedenlerden dolayı sürekli değişmektedir. Bunun sonucunda, birim ürün başına düşen kesici takım maliyetleri artmaktadır. Ayrıca seri üretimde toplam işleme süresi uzamakta, dolayısıyla verim kaybı oluşmaktadır. This is because the chemical structure of the cast part and the elapsed time between casting with machining. As a result, it increases the cost per unit of product falling cutting tools. Also the total processing time is prolonged series production, it is composed of loss of efficiency.
