Özet
Bu çalışmada özellikle Trakya Bölgesi?nde büyük ekonomik değere sahip çeltik (Oryzasativa L.) bitkisinin mono kültür ve poli kültür tarım uygulamalarıyla yetiştirilerek gelişimlerindeki farklıkların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada Trakya Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsünde OSMANCIK-97 çeşidinden seleksiyonla elde edilmiş ve 2007 yılında üretim izni almış `Gala? pirincinin tohumları iki ayrı uygulama arazisine eşzamanlı olarak ekilmiştir. Uygulama alanındaki çeltiklerin gelişimleri morfolojik özelliklerini gösteren fotoğraflarla periyodik olarak kayıt edilmiş ve ayrıca ileriki incelemelerde kullanılmak üzere örnekler alkolde fiksasyon yöntemlerine uygun olarak muhafaza edilmiştir. Morfolojik çalışmalar örnekleme sırasında elde edilen fotoğraflardan ve tutulan kayıtlardan yapılmıştır. Monokültür ve polikültür tarım uygulamalarıyla yetiştirilen çeltikler bitki boyu, kök uzunluğu, salkım boyu ve ağırlığı gibi özellikler bakımından birbirleriyle kıyaslanmış ve aralarında farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür. Anatomik incelemeler fiksasyon materyallerinden yapılmıştır. Anatomik çalışmalarda kök ve yapraklardan enine kesitler alınmıştır. Alınan kesitlerden uygun yöntemler kullanılarak preparatlar hazırlanıp incelenmiş ve mikrofotoğraflarına ait örnekler verilmiştir. İki farklı uygulamayla yetiştirilen bitki örnekleri incelendiğinde yaprak ve kök yapılarında anatomik farklılıklar olduğu gözlenmiştir. Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to research differences in development of (Oryza sativa L.) rice plant, with economical significance especially in Trakya Region, by using monoculture and polyculture cultivation methods. Seeds of `Gala? rice which was obtained from OSMANCIK-97 variety by selection and production permit was gained in 2007, were planted on to two different cultivation fields in the study. Development of rice in the application field was recorded by photo imaging and samples were preserved in alcohol in order to use for further experiments. Morphological study was carried out by using photographs obtained during preparation of samples and records. Rice growth by monoculture and polyculture were compared in terms of plant length, lengths of root and panicle, and differences were observed. Anatomical examinations were done by using fixation samples. Preparations were studied by taking cross sections from roots and leaves, and examples belonging to micrographs were given. When samples of plant growth by two different applications were examined, variation was observed in terms of anatomical structure.
